We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Integrations team and own the end-to-end delivery flow for clients’ integration requests.

In this role, you will be responsible for the process, status, delivery communication and coordination across the full lifecycle of integration-related tasks: from incoming client request through planning, execution, deployment and post-release follow-up.
This role is focused on delivery ownership, not technical ownership. We are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to establish, lead, and continuously mature our information security program. This is a high-ownership role where you will shape the security function from an early stage, combining security leadership with practical involvement in building the processes, controls, and reporting framework required by regulated clients.

In this role, you will provide independent security governance and policy enforcement separate from the software development and infrastructure deployment teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Security Policy and topic-specific policies and procedures, including SDLC, in strict alignment with ISO/IEC 27001:2022
• Act as the independent security gatekeeper under ISO 27001
• Manage the Information Security Risk Register, tracking technology risk acceptance and structural vulnerabilities in collaboration with the General Manager

The role requires high attentiveness and a desire to adapt quickly. Main responsibilities are the reconciliation of transactions between different back offices manually and with a Reconciliation tool developed by our IT team internally, managing balances and support for Junior colleagues.

All you need is:

• Experience in the similar position 2+ years;
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to completion of your deliverables, high level of accuracy;
• Good analytical skills and readiness to learn fast;
• Team player with well-developed communication skills both verbal and written;
• Able to work to a deadline, flex with any plan changes, and flag any potential conflicting priorities;

• Ready to work with large volumes of information for reconciliation purposes in Excel and using a reconciliation tool;

Your daily adventures will look like:

• Reconcile payment gateway processing transactions across multiple bank accounts and payment system providers using a Reconciliation Tool and Excel;
• Identify and prepare summaries of outstanding items to be queried as per the standard operating procedures;
• Liaise with FinOps colleagues, and internal teams (Customer support, IT) in addition to contacting Correspondents to investigate and resolve reconciling items;
• Produce and review internal or external reporting - routine or ad-hoc;
• Attend and actively participate in review meetings, giving accurate status updates on your deliverables and raising any queries or issues;
• Flag if any improvements could make the process or reporting more efficient or improve the Reconciliation Tool;
• Review and monitor balances, timely communicate probable issues with payments and be able to evaluate risks, suggest decisions and actions to prevent them;
• Provide supervision and support for younger colleagues;
• Hybrid work: 2 days from the office, 3 days from home each week.

Your main tasks will be:

• Own the quality of AI-generated visual content: create highly realistic, attractive and consistent images of models/personas, continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rate and business performance.
• Build and optimize scalable generative AI pipelines using tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed and other emerging AI platforms.
• Automate content production at scale: set up batch generation and processing workflows with ComfyUI, n8n, APIs, simple scripts and vibecoding to reduce manual work and increase production volume.
• Define the technical direction for AI image generation, align different content streams, establish best practices and help the team move from one-off generation to a reliable production system.

We expect from you:

As a FinOps Engineer specializing in AWS, you will be responsible for maintaining cloud financial hygiene, keeping documentation up to date, investigating cost anomalies, and preparing actionable optimization proposals.

You will start with a 100% focus on day-to-day FinOps operations during the first 2–6 months, gradually expanding into building custom FinOps automations, AI-driven monitoring agents, and shared Terraform modules.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Cost Reviews & Anomaly Management:
• Perform periodic cost reviews (1–2 times per week) to analyze trends and catch suspicious costs early.
• Communicate with engineering and operations teams to investigate root causes of cost anomalies across AWS and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI).
• Prepare clear, data-driven cost optimization proposals for engineering leads.
• Documentation & Governance:
• Keep internal FinOps documentation, tagging guidelines, and cost-allocation frameworks clean and up to date.
• Implement and maintain resource tagging strategies for accountability and transparency.
• Automation & Engineering (Growth Scope):
• Contribute to building internal cost optimization and monitoring automations.
• Participate in R&D initiatives to build custom AI agents for automated cost tracking and anomaly prevention.

• Risk Management:

• Technical Expertise:

• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash).
