Стек: Node.js, PHP, изредка .NET и Golang.

Обязанности:

• Проводить пентесты веб-приложений (white/grey/black box тестирование в зависимости от ситуации и требований)
• Подготавливать рекомендации и советы по устранению выявленных проблем
• Сотрудничать с командами разработки для устранения багов и внедрения лучших практик
• Менторить и помогать коллегам
• Участвовать в разработке инструментария devsecops

Требования:

• Глубокие знания в области безопасности веб-приложений (с опытом работы со стеком, используемым в проекте) от 4+ лет
• Уверенное владение инструментами анализа и тестирования безопасности веб-приложений (в частности Burp Suite) для проведения ручного и автоматизированного тестирования
• Опыт эффективного взаимодействия с командами разработки: умение аргументированно доносить риски, обсуждать уязвимости и предлагать практические рекомендации по их устранению
• Развитые коммуникативные навыки, позволяющие выстраивать конструктивный диалог и достигать договоренностей по вопросам безопасности

Будет плюсом:

• Профессиональная сертификация (OSCP, OSWE, Burp Suite Certified Practitioner)
• Участие в популярных CTF в составе команд или соло
• Рейтинг на HTB и аналогах
• Сданные баги в программах bugbounty

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Backend Developer to join the Programming & Development team.

Our Design department is scaling its AI visual production capabilities - and we're looking for a Senior AI Creative Designer who will produce high-quality visual creatives with the primary goal of improving conversion rates. We’re looking for a designer who is deeply engaged with the fast-moving AI landscape, proactively tests new tools, features, and approaches, and is driven to continuously improve how AI is used in day-to-day creative work.This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, generative AI, and performance marketing - creating visual assets that capture attention and convert cold traffic across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and landing pages: from static ads to lifestyle imagery and photorealistic human characters.

You will work closely with marketers, copywriters, media production, and video editors to produce assets that are photorealistic, visually compelling, and true to client product specifications.

Responsibilities

AI Visual Production:

• Create high-quality AI-generated visuals for performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels and landing pages.
• Produce photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product-focused visuals.
• Work with source materials from photo shoots - enhance, retouch, and extend imagery using AI tools.
• Generate multiple creative variations to support testing and scaling across campaigns.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and product requirements across all assets.

Creative Iteration & Testing:

• Iterate on visual concepts based on performance data and creative feedback.
• Explore different visual angles, hooks, and formats to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to align visuals with messaging and funnel logic.
• Translate briefs into multiple creative directions, not just single outputs.

Quality & Realism:

• Ensure high visual quality and realism (lighting, composition, anatomy, textures).

AI Tools & Workflow:

• Use modern AI tools and models to generate, refine, and enhance visual assets.

Requirements:

Skills & Background:

• 3-5+ years of experience in design, visual content creation, or creative digital marketing (paid social, social media content, performance campaigns)
• 1-2+ year of active hands-on experience with AI image generation platforms (Figma Weave, Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, or similar) - producing photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product-focused visuals.
• Cross-platform proficiency, experience in connecting AI outputs with traditional design pipelines (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong visual sense: composition, lighting, color, typography, realism, and human anatomy.
• AI-Geek: stays close to AI news and new releases, experiments hands-on with emerging features and workflows, and is constantly looking for smarter ways to improve the quality, speed, and effectiveness of creative work.
• Ability to conduct audience/target group research and reflect it properly in the visuals
• Understanding of performance marketing basics (CTR, hooks, conversion-focused creative).
• Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and data.

We're looking for a Data Engineer to own data onboarding and build scalable, reliable data pipelines that power analytics, operational workflows, and data‑driven decisions across Rimes. You'll work closely with data producers, analysts, and product teams to ingest, transform, and operationalize data—primarily within Palantir Foundry (our core data platform) and complementary cloud compute.

Responsibilities:

• Ingest & onboard datasets from internal systems, APIs, databases, files, external providers, and real‑time feeds.
• Build and operate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, PySpark, SQL, and Foundry pipeline tooling; schedule and automate batch/stream refreshes.
• Model and operationalize data (e.g., defining entities/relationships) to support analytics and operational applications in collaboration with domain experts.
• Ensure trust in data through testing, data quality checks, observability/alerting, lineage, and compliant access controls.
• Collaborate with analysts and product teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions and clear data contracts/SLOs.

• Use Claude and other AI coding tools fluently as part of the standard way we build — for velocity, with the judgement to review and stand behind what they produce
• Read a complex business spec, hold it in your head, spot the gaps, and ask the right questions before writing a line of code

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience building and shipping real production software
• Hands-on experience with microservices, Java + Quarkus, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, REST APIs and event-driven integrations
• Comfortable and disciplined using AI coding tools day to day — fluent, not dependent, and never copy-paste without understanding
• Strong spec-reading and clarifying-question instincts; comfortable holding complexity and pushing back before building
• A genuine builder’s mindset, not a ticket-taker who needs the thinking done for them

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Europe Central (EC) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally

 

 

The Key Responsibilities

 

• Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, acting as the central point of coordination across engineering, architecture, design, marketing, business teams, and third-party vendors. Foster effective collaboration, facilitate transparent communication, and ensure all parties maintain a common understanding of objectives, priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Product backlog development: define detailed requirements in the form of epics, features and user stories to guide the development team. Continuously refine the product backlog based on user feedback and changing market conditions. 
• Product development: participate in all agile ceremonies, provide necessary product concept, and approve development work done 
• Product vision and strategy: defining a clear and compelling product vision, direction and purpose, as well as a plan outlining how the product will achieve its goals 
• Market research and analysis: analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Define the ideal customer personas and segments for the product 
• Roadmap planning: create product roadmap including feature releases and milestones, features prioritization and enhancements 
• Product launch and marketing: develop strategies for launching the product to the market, working with the marketing team to create messaging, positioning and promotional material 
• Performance analysis: define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the product’s performance in the market. Collect and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

• Experience in Technology or Business Transformation or Digital Services or Consulting, out of which 3 years was as a Product Manager
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek (Greek not mandatory)
• Ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
• Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments
• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen is a must
• Ability to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
• Experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management and C-level.
• Excellent appreciation of current market technology and transformation trends (e.g., Data, Analytics & AI, Cloud, Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy, Platform-based models etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players 
• What is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. You’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and passion to develop fast in an international working environment. You’ll need to pick up new skills and talents as you go, so asking questions and having the confidence to speak up are essential.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have (considered an advantage)

• Product Manager or any other relevant Agile at Scale certifications
• Experience in Banking or Insurance, or Government sectors would be considered an advantage
• Experience in Digital Economy Platforms would be considered an advantage
• Proven track record of delivering products that are digital solutions with a user-first mindset
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies and proven record of a customer first mindset
• Experience with Product Management tools for backlog creation, prototyping, journey mapping etc.
• Passion to lend subject matter expertise to the design, planning and implementation of strategic transformational initiatives for our clients. If you have a genuine desire to help businesses achieve their full potential, this role is for you.
• Background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Game Designer to work on the legendary World of Tanks action MMO game with 160 million registered users worldwide.

Reports to

Lead Game Designer

What will you do?

• Feature owning in a separate team on the project. Controlling the game design direction and final quality of the features.
• Working with core gameplay and meta. Focus here may differ depending on the current team’s priorities and backlog.
• Participation in brainstorms & playtests.
• Being responsible for translating the high-level game vision and design direction into tangible gameplay elements that work in concert with each other and with the other core disciplines (LD, narrative, level, art, sound, and tech) to create compelling and fun game experiences for the player.
• Designing and communicating consistent game experiences across all main AAA platforms.
• Using input from research, data analysis, and other teams to deeply understand customers and drive design decisions.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer.
• Good understanding of the modern f2p game design from sides of both core and meta gameplay.
• Deep shooter experience: as a player or as a game designer.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work within restrictions to solve problems as they occur.
• Active contribution to the growth of the studio. Lead by example, including demonstrating a willingness to give and receive feedback, collaborate with others to share techniques, and ideas, and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility to increase the quality of the game and the health of the team.
• Deep understanding of the needs of game users, and familiarity with the various processes of game production and operation.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Good knowledge of World of Tanks mechanics and systems.
• Solid gameplay experience in World of Tanks.
• Experience working on other Vehicle Shooter titles.
