The Role

What We're Looking For
• University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Polars for data processing and analysis.
• Strong Python programming skills with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

This is a hands-on role with clear ownership of the finance data domain. You’ll bring data together from different sources, improve its quality, run reconciliation, and help keep our financial models reliable.

What you'll need to be successful:
Must Haves

As a Sr DevOps within a fast pace high traffic environment, you will be responsible to support and improve a production and development infrastructure for many development teams having complex and industry leading methodologies and technologies.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Support and improve many hybrid production infrastructure environments for more than 15 development teams handling 100+ products, 10K+ domains and Billions of hits day.
• Help developers solve complex technical problems for multiple stacks and environments.
• Architect and plan improvements of a multi-datacenter development environment.
• Participate in design decisions, including new technology research and prototyping.
• Advocate and help development teams to migrate their services to more automated and elastic infrastructures leveraging best-of-breed technology (Cloud, Kubernetes, Serverless, etc.)
• Documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics for all our environments and services.
• Promote and implement proper CICD strategies and practices.
• Help develop and ameliorate critical cloud-based shared services serving many Products.
• Support and augment the coverage of our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) setup.
• Mentoring junior DevOps in gaining experience and follow best practices.
What you'll need to be successful:
Must Haves
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• A love for making things efficient and reliable
• Experience working as DevOps or Systems Administrator working with Linux environments for several years
• Understanding of scalability patterns applied to infrastructure architecture for high traffic systems
• Great knowledge about the 3 major Cloud providers offering and real experiences with at least one
• Familiarity provisioning servers, virtual machines, and services with VMWare or equivalent
• Able and willing to help developers debugging intricate issues
• Not afraid of the command line, scripting and configuring applications such as Web Server, Load Balancers, etc.
• Experience with managing highly available DB clusters and cache systems

The Business Application Development team builds and supports internal and customer-facing systems for licenses, subscriptions, billing, payments, reporting, and many other business-critical functions. Our domain is complex, our systems are interconnected, and there’s always a lot going on. We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the team and support our efforts.
We’re not looking for someone who will just write requirements. We want someone who likes digging into problems, understanding how things actually work, talking to people, asking uncomfortable questions, and helping teams move toward practical and sustainable solutions.
What you’ll actually do:
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA engineers, as well as sales, customer success, and other product teams, to figure out what problem we’re really solving, why it matters, what constraints exist, and what solution makes the most sense long term.
A core responsibility is helping people stay focused on the actual goal instead of jumping straight to a “we need this exact feature” reaction. Though sometimes bigger, the right solution is often smaller than originally expected. The main job is frequently untangling the chaos and helping everyone align.
In this role, you will:
• Lead discovery and requirements discussions.
• Organize and improve the intake and analysis process within the team.
• Structure requirements to support effective development.
• Help developers and QA engineers during implementation when new questions arise.
• Investigate unfamiliar areas independently rather than waiting for someone to explain.

The Business Application Development team builds and supports internal and customer-facing systems for licenses, subscriptions, billing, payments, reporting, and many other business-critical functions. Our domain is complex, our systems are interconnected, and there’s always a lot going on. We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the team and support our efforts.
We’re not looking for someone who will just write requirements. We want someone who likes digging into problems, understanding how things actually work, talking to people, asking uncomfortable questions, and helping teams move toward practical and sustainable solutions.
What you’ll actually do:
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA engineers, as well as sales, customer success, and other product teams, to figure out what problem we’re really solving, why it matters, what constraints exist, and what solution makes the most sense long term.
A core responsibility is helping people stay focused on the actual goal instead of jumping straight to a “we need this exact feature” reaction. Though sometimes bigger, the right solution is often smaller than originally expected. The main job is frequently untangling the chaos and helping everyone align.
In this role, you will:
• Lead discovery and requirements discussions.
• Organize and improve the intake and analysis process within the team.
• Structure requirements to support effective development.
• Help developers and QA engineers during implementation when new questions arise.
• Investigate unfamiliar areas independently rather than waiting for someone to explain.
• Think about edge cases, dependencies, risks, and long-term maintainability.
• Help reduce ambiguity around projects.

CRM & Lifecycle Manager
Ищем CRM & Lifecycle Manager в продуктовую команду для работы в офисе, Лимасол.
Предстоит самостоятельно развивать CRM-направление, запускать lifecycle-коммуникации и напрямую влиять на выручку и retention.
Мультиканальная CRM-роль: основной канал email, также работа с push, SMS и in-app messaging. Опыт с in-app будет большим плюсом.
Что предстоит делать:
🔹 Выстраивать и поддерживать email-инфраструктуру: домены, аутентификация, прогрев, репутация и deliverability;
🔹 Создавать lifecycle-цепочки для onboarding, trial-to-paid, abandoned cart, payment failures, win-back и reactivation;
🔹 Объединять email, push, SMS и in-app в единую систему коммуникаций и выбирать оптимальный канал под сценарий;
🔹 Развивать in-app-коммуникации совместно с Product-командой;
🔹 Настраивать сегментацию и триггеры на основе продуктовых и платежных данных;
🔹 Анализировать влияние CRM на revenue, LTV, retention и ROI, находить точки роста и запускать гипотезы;
🔹 Самостоятельно создавать и настраивать кампании, шаблоны и автоматические сценарии.
Что нам важно:
🔹 Опыт в CRM/Lifecycle/Email Marketing и самостоятельного построения или перестройки CRM-инфраструктуры;
🔹 Сильная экспертиза в email deliverability: прогрев, репутация, spam-фильтры;
🔹 Практический опыт с email, push и SMS; in-app messaging большой плюс;
🔹 Опыт с сегментацией, триггерами и автоматическими lifecycle-сценариями;
🔹 Умение самостоятельно выстраивать процессы без подробного ТЗ;
🔹 HTML email на практическом уровне;
🔹 Понимание метрик;
🔹 Английский язык от В1.
