This role combines two things most jobs separate: building automated marketing systems with AI coding tools (Claude Code / Cursor), and the media-buying judgment that makes those systems profitable. You do not need to be an expert coder. If you are, even better. You do need real experience buying or managing advertising in the adult (18+) industry, and you need to be willing to use AI coding tools to build and run the system.
What you'll build and run:
• An automated content pipeline: AI trend research → scripts → AI-generated video and static creatives for TikTok and Instagram
• An ads pipeline: audience pain-point research → ad creative → media buying across mainstream platforms and specialist adult (18+) ad networks
• A self-optimizing feedback loop: reads clicks, sales and ROAS; pauses losers, scales winners
• Ongoing ownership: you watch the analytics daily and keep improving the system

Job Description:
We are hiring a talented Front-end Developer (Angular v16 & above) professional to join our team
Responsibilities
• Develop user interfaces and solutions for web applications according to specified business requirements.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and functional requirements into functional user interfaces.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and implementing performance improvements.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure cross-browser compatibility, usability, and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Angular development and front-end technologies.
• Work closely with the QA team to identify and address any bugs or issues in the application.
• Implement Unit tests.
• Participate in code reviews, identifying anti‐patterns in the code and refactoring opportunities.
Qualifications/Experience
• Proven, hands-on experience with Angular (not AngularJS).
• Strong familiarity with modern Angular (v16 or above), including standalone components, signals, and state management (NgRx or SignalStore).
• Practical experience working with TailwindCSS for styling and responsive design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Mocha/Jest is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

We are seeking an experienced Head of QA to own and drive the quality strategy for our flagship game.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Own and drive the game’s overall quality strategy across the entire development lifecycle.
• Build and scale end-to-end QA processes for a rapidly growing live game, covering manual testing, test automation, performance, and release quality.
• Lead and develop the QA team, ensuring clear ownership, effective collaboration, and alignment with product goals.
• Proactively identify systemic quality risks and drive cross-functional improvements together with Development and Product teams.
What We Expect From You:
• 7+ years of experience in game QA including strong experience as a Head of QA.
• Strong experience building and scaling QA processes for a rapidly growing live game with a large player base.
• Strong understanding of all major QA areas: manual testing, test automation, performance testing, and release quality.
• Experience defining and implementing a product-level QA strategy.
• Strong leadership skills and experience building, mentoring, and developing QA teams.
• Experience with large-scale mobile Unity games would be a big plus (especially multiplayer shooters, survival games, or sandbox games).
• English - B1+ level, Russian - C1 level.
