Our team is developing a payment gateway for accepting funds from users on behalf of merchants, as well as sending funds from merchants to users. The system involves storing user payment data and is subject to PCI DSS compliance. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing & Brand to own market presence, brand strategy, digital experience and go-to-market execution. This role combines product marketing, brand leadership, demand generation and sales enablement to ensure our positioning clearly communicates the value of our platform and drives measurable commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Product Positioning & Brand Ownership: Define value proposition, visual identity, and tone of voice. Translate complex B2B payment tech (PCI DSS, 3DS, orchestration) into compelling commercial messaging across all touch points.
• GTM Strategy & Product Launches: Lead end-to-end GTM execution for new features, integrations, and target markets in close alignment with Product and Sales.

-Поддерживать актуальное знание AML‑регуляций и гайдлайнов (FCA, FinCEN, FATF)
-Проводить регулярную оценку рисков существующих клиентов
-Выполнять ongoing CDD‑мониторинг: проверка личности, сбор документов, санкционный и PEP‑скрининг
-Вести и развивать процедуры EDD для высокорисковых клиентов и транзакций
-Обеспечивать корректное и полное ведение записей по CDD/EDD/мониторингу в соответствии с требованиями FCA и внутренней политикой хранения данных
-Управлять системами мониторинга транзакций, разбирать алерты, проводить расследования и при необходимости эскалировать подозрительные кейсы
🎯 Что важно:
-Опыт работы в AML‑комплаенсе в финтехе / EMI / другом регулируемом финансовом окружении не менее 3-х лет
-Хорошее понимание платёжных сервисов в ЕС/UK
-Знание UK AML‑регуляций и ожиданий FCA к e‑money/финтех‑компаниям.
-Опыт работы с CDD/EDD и инструментами мониторинга транзакций
-Сильные аналитические и навыки подготовки отчётности
-Умение работать самостоятельно в быстро меняющейся среде
