Your Key Responsibilities:
• You will work with multi-disciplinary individuals that provide a broad range of business and technology consulting services. Working together, we help clients better assess and improve their operations, grow revenue, and manage risks to increase shareholder value. Team members include professionals with a variety of backgrounds including academic and professional experience.
• You will help solve our clients’ toughest challenges in areas such as business transformation, digital strategy & transformation, technology implementation, data & AI, customer experience, operating model redesign, and performance improvement etc.
• You will be formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming operations and processes, and improving business performance through the power of people, innovation, and technology.
• You will help build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends to ensure our clients remain forward-thinking and agile.
• Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and technological requirements and provide strategic recommendations that integrate both business and technology perspectives.
• Participate or manage implementation of transformation projects ensuring quality of work and timeline delivery.
• Be a transformation partner to clients by educating them through meetings, workshops and trainings sessions
• Cultivate strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, integrity and understanding of their needs ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Be proactive and take initiative to support engagement managers and partners in delivery high quality work to our clients
• Lead, coach, and inspire diverse consulting teams by fostering a high-performance culture, mentoring junior talent, and driving collaboration across functions to successfully deliver complex transformation engagements and build future leaders within the practice.
To qualify for the role, you should have:
• You are an experienced professional with 7+ years of professional experience ideally within a consulting environment.
• Experience in one or more of the following: Transformation programs, Data & AI, customer experience, digital services, technology implementation, product portfolio review, revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect both business and technology considerations.
• Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach.
• Understanding how technology drives business value.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills and verbal communication in English is a must.
• Ability to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
• Self-driven and flexible, can work autonomously with a proven work ethic. Hard working professional with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to commute in Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international projects.

В каждом проекте у нас есть основные направления:
• Фичевое: разработка событий и мини-игр с нуля (от различных соревнований до мини-игр типа Merge);
• Техническое: оптимизация, поддержка технической стабильности, SDK (сокращение скорости загрузки, потребление памяти и др.);
• Match-3 и мета: работа с графикой и основной механикой игры (добавление нового функционала, рефакторинг и оптимизация).
Задачи, которые предстоит решать:
• Программирование игровых механик и логики;
• Проектирование и ревью архитектуры фич;
• Программирование UI и визуальных эффектов;
• Профилирование и оптимизация игры по памяти и FPS;
• Менторство начинающих специалистов;

Наш стек:
• Языки: С++, для единичных задач Lua и Python;
• Графика: OpenGL ES и Metal;

Мы ожидаем:
• Опыт разработки коммерческих проектов на С++ и/или Unity не менее 4 лет;
• Опыт разработки проектов, выпущенных в production;
• Понимание AI-инфраструктуры, современных инструментов и умение встраивать их в процесс разработки;
• Опыт проектирования архитектуры.
Будет плюсом:
• Уверенное владение современными стандартами С++ 14/17, а также STL;

Мы ожидаем:
• Опыт разработки коммерческих проектов на С++ и/или Unity не менее 4 лет;
• Опыт разработки проектов, выпущенных в production;

About the role
We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence/Product Lead to work alongside the technical founder and own the product strategy for Thinkrail.
This is not a traditional product management role. Your focus will be on deeply understanding real developer workflows: where specs, architecture, and code break down, what causes friction, and what problems are actually worth solving. You will translate these insights into concrete product requirements and priorities.
In this role, you will:
• Own the product strategy: Define the direction, validate key hypotheses, and decide what to build first.
• Run continuous discovery: Talk to developers and customers to understand real workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
• Define the initial scope: Identify the ICP, core use cases, and priorities for zero-to-one development.
• Shape GTM: Help define positioning, messaging, launch, and go-to-market strategy.
