Product Manager
xpate
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Hybrid
Описание вакансии
We’re looking for a Product Manager to build the operational backbone of the company — internal platforms, workflow systems, and AI-powered automation for operational teams. This is not a growth, onboarding, or customer-facing product role.
You’ll work on the systems that keep operations running at scale: back-office platforms, review workflows, case management, compliance operations, internal tooling, and process automation.
We’re looking for someone who loves fixing operational chaos, simplifying complex workflows, and using automation and AI to eliminate repetitive manual work.
You should be excited by questions like:
• What parts of this process should not exist manually?
• Where can AI reduce operational load?
• How do we help teams move faster with fewer errors?
• What should be automated, and where should humans stay in the loop?
Your role at xpate:
• Build and scale internal operational platforms and workflow systems.
• Identify high-impact automation opportunities across operational processes.
• Design AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Partner closely with operations teams to understand bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Work with engineering and data teams to ship practical automation solutions.
• Prototype and validate ideas quickly using modern AI and productivity tools.
• Define and measure operational impact: automation rate, SLA reduction, processing speed, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Continuously improve workflows based on data and real operational usage.
We’re ready to meet you, if…
• Has experience building internal tools, operational systems, workflow platforms, or back-office products.
• Thinks in systems, workflows, operational efficiency and scalability.
• Has worked on automation initiatives, ideally involving AI or intelligent workflows.
• Can clearly demonstrate measurable business impact from their work.
• Has strong ownership and execution skills - from problem discovery to shipped solution.
• Moves fast, prototypes quickly, and actively uses AI tools in daily work.
• Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and improving messy processes.
• Enjoys working closely with operational teams and solving real execution problems.
Nice to have
• Fintech, payments, compliance, or risk operations experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted operations, LLM workflows, or internal copilots.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Experience in high-scale or regulated environments.
What working at xpate looks like:
• A dynamic work environment with real ownership, practical challenges, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Work on meaningful AI automation problems, not AI hype projects.
• The opportunity to work on real fintech infrastructure in a regulated international environment.
• Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model.
• Private health insurance.
• Paid time off and additional company benefits.
• A collaborative team culture where initiative, curiosity, and accountability are valued.
Why join xpate?
We’re building the financial backbone of the future — where payments move freely and businesses grow without barriers. If you want real impact, freedom to innovate, and work that drives change, xpate is the place for you.

Product Manager
OneJar
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
We are recruiting an experienced Product Manager, on behalf of a client building a payment orchestration platform within an established group.
The platform sits between merchants and the payment ecosystem. One integration for the merchant. Behind it, multiple providers, with each transaction routed on cost, likelihood of success and availability.
The business is pre-launch. The architecture is being defined now. It is being built to PCI DSS Level 1 service provider requirements, and designed from day one for DORA — as an ICT third-party service provider to financial entities — and for the EU AI Act.
The Role
You own product development and delivery for the platform.
Your mandate is simple to state and hard to do: define what gets built, sequence it correctly, and land the platform in production at PCI DSS Level 1. That certification is not a compliance afterthought running in parallel to the build. It is the delivery target. Every architectural and product decision either supports it or costs time the business does not have.
This is a builder's role. In year one you write the specs yourself and work daily with the CTO and the engineering team. A product team grows under you once the platform is live and scaling.
Scope boundary.
Commercial negotiation, payment provider relationships and merchant sales sit with a separate role. You are not carrying a revenue target or a partner pipeline. You own what gets built, when it ships, and whether it passes audit.
Our client is looking for a strong platform product leader. Payments is a complex domain and prior experience in it is a real advantage — but they would rather hire an excellent product mind who can get deep fast than an average one who already knows the acronyms. The domain expertise exists in house to bring you up to speed. What cannot be supplied is judgement.
What You Will Own
Product definition. The written specification of what the platform is and what it does. Requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases. The single source engineering builds from.
The routing engine. This is the product. The rules that decide where each transaction goes, what happens when it fails, when to retry, and when additional customer authentication is worth the friction it costs.
Delivery. The roadmap, the sequencing, the release plan. Dependencies identified before they bite. Scope cut when the date matters more than the feature, and defended when it does not.
PCI DSS Level 1 as a delivery programme. Cardholder data environment scope defined and held. Evidence, documentation and control ownership tracked as work items, not as a scramble before the assessment. Engineering, Compliance and the external QSA working from one plan — yours.
Merchant-facing product surfaces. Onboarding and verification flows, sandbox and go-live, dashboard, reporting, reconciliation, dispute handling.
The API as a product. Developer experience, reference documentation, versioning policy, SDKs, webhook design. The buyers are engineers. The integration is the sales pitch.
Compliance by design. Working with Legal & Compliance so that PCI scope, DORA resilience obligations and AI Act classification shape the architecture up front, instead of being retrofitted before an audit.
AI-enabled capability. Risk scoring, transaction monitoring, operational automation — specified with the regulatory obligations understood, and with sensitive data kept out of scope.
What You Need
Essential
• 5+ years in product management, with a track record of owning a product, not a feature set.
• Shipped API-first platform or infrastructure products. Not consumer apps. You understand that the developer is the customer.
• Zero-to-one experience. You have taken something from nothing to live, in production, with real users — and you can describe what broke.
• Delivered against a hard external deadline — an audit, a certification, a regulatory date — where slipping was not an option and the scope had to bend instead.
• Technical fluency. You can hold your own in a design discussion with a CTO. You do not need to write the code. You do need to understand the trade-off being made and challenge it.
• Strong written specification skills. Your documents are precise enough that engineers do not have to guess.
• Experience in a technically complex domain — payments, fintech, infrastructure, marketplaces, logistics, adtech or similar — where the hard part was the system, not the interface.
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment, where security, audit or certification requirements shaped the design.
• Proven speed of learning. You can point to a domain you knew nothing about and became credible in within months.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data, and equally comfortable changing them when evidence arrives.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. Greek is not required.
• Right to work in the EU, or eligible for Cyprus work authorisation, and willing to be based in Limassol.
Strong advantage
• Direct payments experience — at a PSP, acquirer, gateway, orchestrator, or a company running its own payment stack.
• Familiarity with the card flow: authorisation, capture, refunds, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks.
• Knowledge of 3DS and SCA, PSD2 exemptions, tokenisation, or scheme mandates.
• Prior involvement in a PCI DSS assessment, ISO 27001 certification, or SOC 2 audit — from the delivery side, not the advisory side.
• Multi-provider routing or authorisation-rate optimisation with a measurable uplift you can quantify.
• Applied ML in fraud, risk scoring, or operational automation.
• Experience with a scope-reduction architecture — tokenisation, hosted fields, or an external vault.
What This Role Is Not
• Not a commercial role. Partner and merchant relationships are owned elsewhere.
• Not a delivery-administration role either. You are not tracking someone else's plan. You are writing it.
• Not a role where the domain stays at surface level. You do not need to arrive an expert. You do need to become one.
• Not a finished company. Scope will move. You will make calls with incomplete information and own the outcome.

Описание вакансии
About Us
On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our infrastructure, reliability and platform operations.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building robust systems, solving complex production problems and continuously improving the way technology is delivered and operated.
You will own the reliability of our platform across infrastructure and application services, from AWS and Kubernetes, to observability, networking, CI/CD, security and automation. You will work closely with software engineers to ensure our services are scalable, resilient, observable and production-ready.
We are looking for someone with a strong ownership mindset who proactively identifies problems and opportunities, builds solutions and drives improvements rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned.
What You’ll Do:
• Design, build and operate reliable, scalable infrastructure for our iGaming platform on AWS using Infrastructure as Code.
• Take ownership of platform reliability across infrastructure and application services, including Kubernetes, networking, service health and performance.
• Define and maintain SLIs and SLOs and establish meaningful reliability targets for critical services.
• Build and continuously improve end-to-end observability across metrics, logs and distributed tracing, including dashboards and actionable alerting.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents end-to-end, perform root cause analysis and turn findings into permanent reliability improvements.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows, with automated validation, safe deployment strategies and reliable rollback mechanisms.
• Work directly with application code when required — adding instrumentation, improving health checks, troubleshooting services and collaborating with developers on technical solutions.
• Own and improve infrastructure around networking, load balancing, CDN, DNS, TLS and traffic management.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual intervention.
• Continuously improve security, performance, scalability, efficiency and cost predictability across the platform.
• Work closely with software engineers on architecture, scalability, resilience, failure scenarios and production readiness.
• Contribute to technical architecture and help identify potential reliability issues before they reach production.
• Develop and maintain practical runbooks, operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Build and maintain a technical backlog of infrastructure and reliability improvements and proactively drive initiatives through to completion.
• Use modern AI tools and AI agents as part of your daily engineering workflow to accelerate investigation, debugging, automation, code development and problem-solving.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, IAM, storage, databases, load balancing, CDN and managed services.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and Helm.
• Practical experience with modern observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong Linux and networking knowledge, including DNS, TLS, routing and container runtimes.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD or Flux is highly desirable.
• Ability to read, understand and modify application code when required.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly with Bash and/or Go.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, high availability and common failure modes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues across multiple layers of a technology stack.
• Experience with modern AI-powered engineering tools and agents and a genuine willingness to incorporate them into your everyday workflow.
• A strong ownership and continuous-improvement mindset. You proactively identify reliability, performance, security and operational opportunities, build your own technical backlog and drive initiatives forward.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with software engineers and contributing to technical and architectural discussions.
• Fluent Ukranian or Russian is a must.
• English B1 level or higher is a must.
Benefits
• Pay that actually respects your work
• Work that grows with you - real learning, mentorship, and fast skill development
• Fast career progression - if you grow fast, we grow you fast
• Hybrid freedom - office + remote mix that actually fits your life
• Flexible Working Hours
• 21 vacation days + 7 sick days (no questions asked)
• Birthday half-day off

QA Performance Engineer (YouTrack)
JetBrains
📍 Paphos
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
You know how frustrating a slow application is, and you have the technical curiosity to figure out exactly why it's lagging. You look at code, traffic, and infrastructure to find bottlenecks before they impact users. If you treat performance testing as a craft rather than a checklist, this is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What You’ll Do
YouTrack has grown from an online bug tracker into a comprehensive project management system used by teams worldwide. As our user base expands, maintaining top-tier performance and reliability is critical. We need a QA Performance Engineer who can help implement our performance testing strategy and uncover issues before they reach our users.
You will join a collaborative team of 46 people who use Scrum and speak English as their shared working language. In this role, you won’t just run tests – you will influence how new features are planned and released. You'll work closely with developers to recreate complex user scenarios and build long-term confidence in our platform.
Day To Day, You Will
• Participate in performance testing and analysis using both manual and automated approaches.
• Write new automated performance tests and maintain the existing test suite.
• Reproduce complex performance bugs and issues reported by users.
• Configure performance test invocations as an integrated part of our continuous integration (CI) cycles.
• Collaborate on functionality planning, incident investigation, and product releases.
What You’ll Bring
• A deep care for software quality and a refusal to settle for "good enough."
• Strong analytical thinking to track down the root cause of systemic issues rather than just treating symptoms.
• The ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and take full ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss technical problems transparently with developers.
• A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across distributed teams and time zones.
• Curiosity and a drive to leave systems cleaner and faster than you found them.
What You’ll Need
• Proven experience running and analyzing both manual and automated performance tests.
• Solid understanding of HTTP and TCP/IP protocols.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
• Experience testing web applications manually and via automation frameworks like Selenium or Playwright.
• Familiarity with teamwork tools, including issue trackers, version control systems, and CI/CD servers.
• Comfort working in command-line environments using tools like Bash, grep, SSH, and curl.
• Strong spoken and written English language skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST API testing, or platform-specific performance monitoring (top, htop, perfmon, etc.) is a strong plus.
What Success Looks Like
Success means earning trust through solid technical decisions and uncovering regressions early. You’ll know you’re succeeding when our CI cycle catches performance drops automatically, user-reported performance bottlenecks decrease, and the team relies on your insights during feature planning to keep YouTrack fast and stable.
Why join JetBrains?
• Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
• Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
• Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
• Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
• Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
• Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
• Relocation support. We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
• Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
• Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
• Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
• Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
• Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
• Some benefits may vary depending on location.
