About the Role:
ou'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We're looking for a Product Analyst to help us better understand how customers use Wrike, identify product opportunities, and support better product decisions with data.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and UXR throughout the product development lifecycle — from exploring customer problems and evaluating opportunities to defining success metrics and measuring the impact of released features.
This role goes beyond reporting numbers. We expect Product Analysts to understand why something is happening, why it matters, and what we should consider doing next — turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Your Impact:
• Discover and Evaluate Product Opportunities Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assess and Measure Product Impact Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define meaningful success metrics and baselines, and evaluate whether released changes deliver the expected customer and business value.
• Run Experiments and Product Research Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources and clearly communicating limitations and confidence in the results.
• Turn Data into Product Insights Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters and what teams should consider doing next.
• Build Analytics for Scale Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions easier to answer and help teams use data more effectively.
• Partner with Product Teams Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams make evidence-informed decisions.
• Use AI to Work Smarter Use AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows.
Your Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases; Google BigQuery is a plus
• Experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau)
• Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
• Ability to independently drive analytical projects from understanding the question to delivering insights and recommendations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
• Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence
• Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs.
• Upper-Intermediate or better English

• Python skills for data analysis
• Experience with Amplitude
• Experience with advanced analytical methods such as regression, clustering, or causal inference

The Role

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Apply QA standards to ensure product quality and reliability.

Το Ογκολογικό Κέντρο Τράπεζας Κύπρου, δέχεται αιτήσεις για την πλήρωση θέσης Προϊστάμενου/ης Πληροφορικής
ΚΥΡΙΕΣ ΕΥΘΥΝΕΣ
Γενικές:
1. Συνεργάζεται και συμβάλλει ουσιαστικά στην ετοιμασία και παρακολούθηση του ετήσιου προϋπολογισμού λειτουργικών δαπανών του Κέντρου, για τους τομείς που εμπίπτουν στις αρμοδιότητες και την ευθύνη του σε συνεννόηση με τον/την ΕΔ.
2. Αναπτύσσει και εισηγείται πολυετή τεχνολογική στρατηγική βασισμένη σε στόχους, σχέδιο υλοποίησης αλλαγών, ευθυγραμμισμένα με τη στρατηγική του Κέντρου με βάση τις εγκεκριμένες προτεραιότητες και τον ετήσιο προγραμματισμό.
3. Παρακολουθεί συστηματικά τις λειτουργικές δαπάνες κατά τη διάρκεια του έτους και διασφαλίζει ότι κυμαίνονται εντός του εγκεκριμένου προϋπολογισμού και ενημερώνει για τα αποτελέσματα τον/την ΕΔ.
4. Συνεργάζεται και υποστηρίζει τους προϊστάμενους άλλων τμημάτων σε θέματα που εμπίπτουν στις αρμοδιότητες και την ευθύνη του. Συντονίζει έργα ψηφιακής αναβάθμισης/ανάπτυξης και βελτίωσης υπηρεσιών που του ανατίθενται, σε συνεννόηση με τον/την ΕΔ.
5. Συμμετέχει στις Επιτροπές του Κέντρου συμβάλλοντας στην αποτελεσματική λειτουργία τους.
6. Εποπτεύει, καθοδηγεί, υποστηρίζει και παρακινεί τους υφιστάμενούς του, καλλιεργώντας ένα θετικό και παραγωγικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον, με στόχο την ενίσχυση της δέσμευσης, της ικανοποίησης και της επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης του προσωπικού.
7. Καταρτίζει, παρακολουθεί και υποβάλει στον/ην ΕΔ δείκτες απόδοσης (KPIs) του τμήματος πληροφορικής, σύμφωνα με τους στρατηγικούς στόχους του τμήματος.
8. Συμμετέχει στην κατάρτιση των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών, των εγγράφων διαγωνισμού και στη διαδικασία αξιολόγησης των προσφορών, ενώ διαχειρίζεται και παρακολουθεί την υλοποίηση των σχετικών συμβάσεων, διασφαλίζοντας τη βέλτιστη σχέση ποιότητας, αποτελεσματικότητας και κόστους προς όφελος του Κέντρου.
9. Ευθύνεται για την προμήθεια αναλωσίμων πληροφορικής καθώς και την αποτελεσματική διαχείρισή τους, διασφαλίζοντας την επάρκεια αποθεμάτων και τη βέλτιστη λειτουργική υποστήριξη των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων του Κέντρου.
10. Διενεργεί αξιολόγηση κινδύνων που αφορά τα δίκτυα, τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα, τις εφαρμογές, τις ψηφιακές υπηρεσίες και τα δεδομένα του Κέντρου, σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο ασφάλειας πληροφοριών. Η διαδικασία περιλαμβάνει τον εντοπισμό, την αξιολόγηση, την καταγραφή, την ιεράρχηση και τον μετριασμό των κινδύνων κυβερνοασφάλειας, καθώς και τη συνεχή παρακολούθηση της αποτελεσματικότητας των μέτρων προστασίας.
11. Αναπτύσσει και εξασφαλίζει έγκριση για τις πολιτικές χρήσης που εφαρμόζονται στο προσωπικό, λαμβάνοντας δεόντως υπόψη την ασφάλεια, την προστασία και την ορθή χρήση όλων των συστημάτων πληροφορικής.
12. Υποστηρίζει τη συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις της οδηγίας NIS2 και της νομοθεσίας για τα προσωπικά δεδομένα, καθώς και με τις ισχύουσες πολιτικές και διαδικασίες κυβερνοασφάλειας του Κέντρου και αναπτύσσει τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα όπου χρειάζεται σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του υπευθύνου ασφάλειας πληροφοριών του Κέντρου.
13. Παρέχει στρατηγική εποπτεία της τεχνολογικής αρχιτεκτονικής του Κέντρου, του τοπίου διασυνδέσεων, της στάσης κυβερνοασφάλειας, των ρυθμίσεων ταυτότητας και πρόσβασης, των πλατφόρμων δεδομένων, των υπηρεσιών cloud και της ανθεκτικότητας των κρίσιμων κλινικών και εταιρικών συστημάτων.
14. Αξιολογεί αναδυόμενες τεχνολογίες και εξελίξεις του κλάδου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων της Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης (AI), του cloud computing, της αυτοματοποίησης, της κυβερνοασφάλειας, της ανάλυσης δεδομένων και των ψηφιακών λύσεων σε θέματα υγείας, και διατηρεί οδικό χάρτη εξέλιξης για την ασφαλή, ηθική και προσανατολισμένη στην αξία υιοθέτησή τους.
15. Διασφαλίζει ότι οι ρυθμίσεις επιχειρησιακής συνέχειας, αποκατάστασης από καταστροφή και απόκρισης σε κυβερνοπεριστατικά είναι τεκμηριωμένες, βάσει εκτίμησης του κινδύνου, ελέγχονται τακτικά και συντονίζονται με τους σχετικούς κλινικούς, επιχειρησιακούς και εξωτερικούς επηρεαζόμενους. Προτείνει σχέδιο αποκατάστασης από καταστροφή και το εφαρμόζει σύμφωνα με τις εγκρίσεις.
16. Διασφαλίζει την ποιότητα των δραστηριοτήτων Διαχειριστή Συστημάτων για τον Ηλεκτρονικό Ιατρικό Φάκελο και το Σύστημα Αρχειοθέτησης και Επικοινωνίας Ηλεκτρονικών ή/και ψηφιακών και απεικονιστικών Εικόνων του Κέντρου.
17. Είναι υπεύθυνος/η να διασφαλίζει την επιτυχή εκτέλεση των backups και όλους τους ελέγχους που σχετίζονται με την ασφάλεια και προστασία, στην απαιτούμενη συχνότητα και εγκαίρως. Αναλαμβάνει προσωπικά να τους διενεργεί ή διασφαλίζει ότι πραγματοποιούνται από άλλους.
18. Διασφαλίζει την ποιότητα της τεχνικής υποστήριξης, εκπαίδευσης και παροχής συμβουλών σχετικά με τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα του Κέντρου .
19. Παρακολουθεί σε καθημερινή βάση την υποδομή και τα συστήματα πληροφορικής και αντιμετωπίζει προβλήματα είτε μέσω συμβάσεων με τρίτους είτε προσωπικά.
20. Είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την προμήθεια αναλώσιμων, λογισμικού, αδειών κ.λπ. που σχετίζονται με την πληροφορική, καθώς και σχετικών συμβάσεων με τρίτους για εξυπηρέτηση και συντήρηση, ώστε να ικανοποιούνται οι απαιτήσεις των χρηστών.
21. Διασφαλίζει ότι οι τεχνολογικές υπηρεσίες και οι προμηθευτές τρίτων υπόκεινται σε κατάλληλη επιμέλεια, συμβατικούς ελέγχους, παρακολούθηση απόδοσης, απαιτήσεις ασφάλειας, ρυθμίσεις συνέχειας και σχεδιασμό εξόδου.
Άλλες:
1. Μεριμνά για τη δική του συνεχιζόμενη εκπαίδευση καθώς και για εκείνη των μελών του προσωπικού που υπάγονται σε αυτόν.
2. Εκτελεί οποιαδήποτε άλλα συναφή καθήκοντα του ανατεθούν.
3. Παραμένει ενήμερος/η για τις εξελίξεις στην τεχνολογία και προγραμματίζει την προσωπική του/της εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη.
4. Αξιολογεί τις εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες και ετοιμάζει εσωτερικά προγράμματα εκπαίδευσης για όλο το προσωπικό.
5. Εκπροσωπεί το Κέντρο, όταν απαιτείται, σε κρατικούς, επαγγελματικούς και τεχνολογικούς φορείς που σχετίζονται με την ψηφιακή υγεία, τη διαλειτουργικότητα, τα δεδομένα, την κυβερνοασφάλεια και τα τεχνολογικά πρότυπα.
6. Διατηρεί εποικοδομητικές σχέσεις με αρμόδιες αρχές, οργανισμούς υγείας, τεχνολογικούς εταίρους, επαγγελματικούς συμβούλους και προμηθευτές, προκειμένου να υποστηρίζονται οι τεχνολογικοί στόχοι του Κέντρου και η ευρύτερη συνεργασία στο οικοσύστημα υγείας.
ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ
• Πανεπιστημιακό δίπλωμα ή τίτλος* ή ισότιμο προσόν σε τουλάχιστον ένα από τα ακόλουθα θέματα ή συνδυασμό των θεμάτων αυτών με οποιοδήποτε άλλο θέμα: Επιστήμη των Ηλεκτρονικών Υπολογιστών ή/και της Πληροφορικής (περιλαμβανομένων των Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology), Ηλεκτρονική Μηχανική, Data Science.

ΑΠΑΙΤΟΥΜΕΝΗ ΠΕΙΡΑ
• Πενταετής τουλάχιστον εμπειρία σε θέση σχετική με τα καθήκοντα που αναφέρονται στο Σχέδιο Υπηρεσίας, η οποία να περιλαμβάνει σχεδιασμό, διαχείριση, υποστήριξη και ασφάλεια πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και υποδομών τεχνολογίας πληροφορικής και τηλεπικοινωνιών. Η εμπειρία θα πρέπει να καλύπτει, μεταξύ άλλων, διαχείριση δικτύων και τηλεπικοινωνιακών υποδομών (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi), διαχείριση και παραμετροποίηση συστημάτων κυβερνοασφάλειας και firewalls, διαχείριση εξυπηρετητών (servers) φυσικών και εικονικών, συστημάτων αποθήκευσης και αντιγράφων ασφαλείας, λειτουργικών συστημάτων, βάσεων δεδομένων και επιχειρησιακών εφαρμογών.
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία διαχείρισης πληροφοριακών συστημάτων σε Δομή Υπηρεσιών Υγείας (PACS/RIS, ιατρικών πληροφοριακών συστημάτων) αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα.
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στην εφαρμογή πολιτικών κυβερνοασφάλειας, διαχείρισης κινδύνων, επιχειρησιακής συνέχειας και συμμόρφωσης με πρότυπα ή κανονιστικά πλαίσια όπως ISO 27001, NIS2 και GDPR αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα.

ΚΥΡΙΕΣ ΕΥΘΥΝΕΣ
Γενικές:
1. Συνεργάζεται και συμβάλλει ουσιαστικά στην ετοιμασία και παρακολούθηση του ετήσιου προϋπολογισμού λειτουργικών δαπανών του Κέντρου, για τους τομείς που εμπίπτουν στις αρμοδιότητες και την ευθύνη του σε συνεννόηση με τον/την ΕΔ.
2. Αναπτύσσει και εισηγείται πολυετή τεχνολογική στρατηγική βασισμένη σε στόχους, σχέδιο υλοποίησης αλλαγών, ευθυγραμμισμένα με τη στρατηγική του Κέντρου με βάση τις εγκεκριμένες προτεραιότητες και τον ετήσιο προγραμματισμό.
3. Παρακολουθεί συστηματικά τις λειτουργικές δαπάνες κατά τη διάρκεια του έτους και διασφαλίζει ότι κυμαίνονται εντός του εγκεκριμένου προϋπολογισμού και ενημερώνει για τα αποτελέσματα τον/την ΕΔ.
4. Συνεργάζεται και υποστηρίζει τους προϊστάμενους άλλων τμημάτων σε θέματα που εμπίπτουν στις αρμοδιότητες και την ευθύνη του. Συντονίζει έργα ψηφιακής αναβάθμισης/ανάπτυξης και βελτίωσης υπηρεσιών που του ανατίθενται, σε συνεννόηση με τον/την ΕΔ.
5. Συμμετέχει στις Επιτροπές του Κέντρου συμβάλλοντας στην αποτελεσματική λειτουργία τους.
6. Εποπτεύει, καθοδηγεί, υποστηρίζει και παρακινεί τους υφιστάμενούς του, καλλιεργώντας ένα θετικό και παραγωγικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον, με στόχο την ενίσχυση της δέσμευσης, της ικανοποίησης και της επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης του προσωπικού.
7. Καταρτίζει, παρακολουθεί και υποβάλει στον/ην ΕΔ δείκτες απόδοσης (KPIs) του τμήματος πληροφορικής, σύμφωνα με τους στρατηγικούς στόχους του τμήματος.
8. Συμμετέχει στην κατάρτιση των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών, των εγγράφων διαγωνισμού και στη διαδικασία αξιολόγησης των προσφορών, ενώ διαχειρίζεται και παρακολουθεί την υλοποίηση των σχετικών συμβάσεων, διασφαλίζοντας τη βέλτιστη σχέση ποιότητας, αποτελεσματικότητας και κόστους προς όφελος του Κέντρου.
9. Ευθύνεται για την προμήθεια αναλωσίμων πληροφορικής καθώς και την αποτελεσματική διαχείρισή τους, διασφαλίζοντας την επάρκεια αποθεμάτων και τη βέλτιστη λειτουργική υποστήριξη των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων του Κέντρου.
10. Διενεργεί αξιολόγηση κινδύνων που αφορά τα δίκτυα, τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα, τις εφαρμογές, τις ψηφιακές υπηρεσίες και τα δεδομένα του Κέντρου, σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο ασφάλειας πληροφοριών. Η διαδικασία περιλαμβάνει τον εντοπισμό, την αξιολόγηση, την καταγραφή, την ιεράρχηση και τον μετριασμό των κινδύνων κυβερνοασφάλειας, καθώς και τη συνεχή παρακολούθηση της αποτελεσματικότητας των μέτρων προστασίας.
11. Αναπτύσσει και εξασφαλίζει έγκριση για τις πολιτικές χρήσης που εφαρμόζονται στο προσωπικό, λαμβάνοντας δεόντως υπόψη την ασφάλεια, την προστασία και την ορθή χρήση όλων των συστημάτων πληροφορικής.
12. Υποστηρίζει τη συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις της οδηγίας NIS2 και της νομοθεσίας για τα προσωπικά δεδομένα, καθώς και με τις ισχύουσες πολιτικές και διαδικασίες κυβερνοασφάλειας του Κέντρου και αναπτύσσει τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα όπου χρειάζεται σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του υπευθύνου ασφάλειας πληροφοριών του Κέντρου.
13. Παρέχει στρατηγική εποπτεία της τεχνολογικής αρχιτεκτονικής του Κέντρου, του τοπίου διασυνδέσεων, της στάσης κυβερνοασφάλειας, των ρυθμίσεων ταυτότητας και πρόσβασης, των πλατφόρμων δεδομένων, των υπηρεσιών cloud και της ανθεκτικότητας των κρίσιμων κλινικών και εταιρικών συστημάτων.
14. Αξιολογεί αναδυόμενες τεχνολογίες και εξελίξεις του κλάδου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων της Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης (AI), του cloud computing, της αυτοματοποίησης, της κυβερνοασφάλειας, της ανάλυσης δεδομένων και των ψηφιακών λύσεων σε θέματα υγείας, και διατηρεί οδικό χάρτη εξέλιξης για την ασφαλή, ηθική και προσανατολισμένη στην αξία υιοθέτησή τους.
15. Διασφαλίζει ότι οι ρυθμίσεις επιχειρησιακής συνέχειας, αποκατάστασης από καταστροφή και απόκρισης σε κυβερνοπεριστατικά είναι τεκμηριωμένες, βάσει εκτίμησης του κινδύνου, ελέγχονται τακτικά και συντονίζονται με τους σχετικούς κλινικούς, επιχειρησιακούς και εξωτερικούς επηρεαζόμενους. Προτείνει σχέδιο αποκατάστασης από καταστροφή και το εφαρμόζει σύμφωνα με τις εγκρίσεις.
16. Διασφαλίζει την ποιότητα των δραστηριοτήτων Διαχειριστή Συστημάτων για τον Ηλεκτρονικό Ιατρικό Φάκελο και το Σύστημα Αρχειοθέτησης και Επικοινωνίας Ηλεκτρονικών ή/και ψηφιακών και απεικονιστικών Εικόνων του Κέντρου.
17. Είναι υπεύθυνος/η να διασφαλίζει την επιτυχή εκτέλεση των backups και όλους τους ελέγχους που σχετίζονται με την ασφάλεια και προστασία, στην απαιτούμενη συχνότητα και εγκαίρως. Αναλαμβάνει προσωπικά να τους διενεργεί ή διασφαλίζει ότι πραγματοποιούνται από άλλους.
18. Διασφαλίζει την ποιότητα της τεχνικής υποστήριξης, εκπαίδευσης και παροχής συμβουλών σχετικά με τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα του Κέντρου .
19. Παρακολουθεί σε καθημερινή βάση την υποδομή και τα συστήματα πληροφορικής και αντιμετωπίζει προβλήματα είτε μέσω συμβάσεων με τρίτους είτε προσωπικά.
20. Είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την προμήθεια αναλώσιμων, λογισμικού, αδειών κ.λπ. που σχετίζονται με την πληροφορική, καθώς και σχετικών συμβάσεων με τρίτους για εξυπηρέτηση και συντήρηση, ώστε να ικανοποιούνται οι απαιτήσεις των χρηστών.
21. Διασφαλίζει ότι οι τεχνολογικές υπηρεσίες και οι προμηθευτές τρίτων υπόκεινται σε κατάλληλη επιμέλεια, συμβατικούς ελέγχους, παρακολούθηση απόδοσης, απαιτήσεις ασφάλειας, ρυθμίσεις συνέχειας και σχεδιασμό εξόδου.
Άλλες:
1. Μεριμνά για τη δική του συνεχιζόμενη εκπαίδευση καθώς και για εκείνη των μελών του προσωπικού που υπάγονται σε αυτόν.
2. Εκτελεί οποιαδήποτε άλλα συναφή καθήκοντα του ανατεθούν.
3. Παραμένει ενήμερος/η για τις εξελίξεις στην τεχνολογία και προγραμματίζει την προσωπική του/της εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη.
4. Αξιολογεί τις εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες και ετοιμάζει εσωτερικά προγράμματα εκπαίδευσης για όλο το προσωπικό.
5. Εκπροσωπεί το Κέντρο, όταν απαιτείται, σε κρατικούς, επαγγελματικούς και τεχνολογικούς φορείς που σχετίζονται με την ψηφιακή υγεία, τη διαλειτουργικότητα, τα δεδομένα, την κυβερνοασφάλεια και τα τεχνολογικά πρότυπα.
6. Διατηρεί εποικοδομητικές σχέσεις με αρμόδιες αρχές, οργανισμούς υγείας, τεχνολογικούς εταίρους, επαγγελματικούς συμβούλους και προμηθευτές, προκειμένου να υποστηρίζονται οι τεχνολογικοί στόχοι του Κέντρου και η ευρύτερη συνεργασία στο οικοσύστημα υγείας.

• Πενταετής τουλάχιστον εμπειρία σε θέση σχετική με τα καθήκοντα που αναφέρονται στο Σχέδιο Υπηρεσίας, η οποία να περιλαμβάνει σχεδιασμό, διαχείριση, υποστήριξη και ασφάλεια πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και υποδομών τεχνολογίας πληροφορικής και τηλεπικοινωνιών. Summary

Responsibilities
– Leading and developing the group compliance team across all three streams.
– Owning the compliance strategy, policies, controls, and risk register for the group.
– Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, fraud and abuse, billing/coding), information security and privacy frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2), and medical device/pharma regulations (ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, MDR, GxP, FDA).
– Running internal risk assessments, audits, and compliance training across all streams.
– Leading certification initiatives (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, SOC 2, HITRUST, MDSAP).
– Managing relationships with external auditors, certification bodies, regulators, and accreditation bodies.
– Owning ISMS, PIMS, and QMS documentation and continuous compliance.

Requirements

– At least 3 years in a healthcare-related environment.
– Experience managing or mentoring compliance teams across more than one business line.
– Deep knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and global healthcare regulations.
– Strong working knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2.
– Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 21 CFR Part 820, MDR, and GxP.
– Hands-on experience with ISO 14971, IEC 62304, IEC 62366, FDA compliance, 510(k), and IQ/OQ/PQ.
– Experience in at least two of the following: healthcare provider, health tech/software, medical device/pharma, compliance consulting.
– Strong documentation, process management, and communication skills.
– Proven cross-functional work with Legal, HR, Security, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Product, and leadership.
– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher.
Nice to have
– CHC, CHPC, CHRC, CIPP, CIPM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISM, CISA, CQA, RAC, or equivalent certifications.
– Experience building compliance services in consulting or technology.
