Head of AI Engineering
HFM
📍 Larnaca
💼 Full time
🏠 Hybrid
Описание вакансии
HFM is an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker, delivering cutting-edge trading tools, platforms, and conditions to traders worldwide. We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Head of AI Engineering to join our team to lead our AI engineering team at HFM. This is a hands-on role where you will lead the engineers who build the company's AI capability, find where AI removes real effort across our technology and business functions, and turn those opportunities into systems that run in production, are measured against a baseline agreed before the work starts, and stay there. The role carries the AI Engineering Lead accountabilities set out in the Group AI Policy, including release approval for our highest-risk AI systems.
Your role at HFM
As Head of AI Engineering, you will report to the Chief AI Officer, with the Chief Technology Officer as functional owner. The engineering career ladder, architecture review and security review sit within IT, so you will work across both lines every week.
You will:
• Lead a team of AI software engineers and AI process optimisation specialists: technical direction, code quality, craft-focused one to ones, and the development of each engineer.
• Own the technical quality of what the team ships, and write the technical input into each engineer's performance review.
• Find productivity opportunities: analyse workflows across IT and the business departments, and identify where AI removes manual effort at a scale worth building for.
• Set the measurement before the build. Work with department heads to agree and sign a baseline for each process before the work begins, then report the result against it afterwards, including the forecasts that were missed.
• Turn those opportunities into delivered systems, from design through to production support.
• Hold the standards line, with evidence. Every system carries its risk classification, data classification, evaluation set, shadow-run result and audit trail, recorded in the tracking system at each gate. Company coding standards are followed, and technical debt goes down on a measure you can show.
• Run the delivery queue. Requests arrive from every part of the business and land in a single prioritised backlog. You will score, size and sequence that work, and say clearly what is not being done.
• Enforce permissions in the data layer, never by instructing a model. All model access runs through a single route, with access rights applied in the data and retrieval layer and full audit logging behind it.
• Take designs through architecture and security review early, and bring the constraints back before the team builds against the wrong assumption.
• Own production practice for your team's services: runbooks, monitoring, on-call participation and post-incident follow-through.
• Own the internal AI platform: prompt libraries, evaluation harnesses, reusable agents and shared components, built so that each new automation costs less to deliver than the last.
• Evaluate models, tools and vendors on evidence: benchmarks, cost per unit of work, failure modes and data handling. Know what each system costs to run once it is live, so that a system whose benefit no longer clears its running cost can be identified and retired.
• Plan capacity and make the case for the team. Maintain a view of delivery capacity against forecast demand, and produce the annual hiring proposal that follows from it.
• Change the method, not only the systems. We expect this role to re-examine how AI work is delivered here: how quickly new models are adopted, which agents and tools the team standardises on, and how the delivery framework itself should be restructured. We expect you to propose those changes rather than work around them.
• Be the single technical point of contact for delivery and technical gates between the AI function and IT, and mentor engineers and colleagues across the company in using AI well.
Requirements
• 6+ years experience building software or data systems, including 2+ years leading engineers as a manager or technical lead.
• Real AI depth demonstrated in production work: machine learning models, large language models or generative AI solving actual business problems, not prototypes alone.
• Strong Python, and production experience with the large language model stack: building services and application programming interfaces, orchestrating agents and tool use, and working with the major model providers. We care that you have shipped these systems, not which particular libraries you used.
• Production experience with retrieval augmented generation and vector search, built to be secure, efficient and cost aware.
• Containerised environments (Docker), cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines as everyday working material.
• Evaluation discipline: how a model is tested, how regression is caught, and how latency, cost, accuracy, hallucination and model drift are measured and reported.
• Practical command of retrieval, agents and tool use, and prompt engineering, with a clear view of when fine tuning is the right answer and when it is not.
• DevOps and IT automation experience: integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and workflow tooling, with REST APIs and AI-driven microservices.
• Cloud AI and ML services, AWS preferred, and command of the cost model behind them: token and inference cost at pilot scale and at full adoption.
• Data protection in a regulated environment: what may leave the company, what must stay inside, and what has to be evidenced afterwards.
• Able to hold a quality bar with senior peers without becoming the bottleneck, and to explain an AI limitation or risk in plain terms to decision makers.
• Experience evidencing benefit to a finance or business audience: agreeing a baseline before the work, measuring the result afterwards, and reporting it honestly when it falls short.
• Comfortable working across a dual reporting line, where architecture and security approvals sit in another function.
• Financial services or another regulated industry is an advantage. Trading domain knowledge is not required.
• Experience training models with PyTorch or TensorFlow is an advantage, not a requirement. Our work is applied: integrating, retrieving, orchestrating and evaluating, rather than training models from scratch.
Resumes must be submitted in English. Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
Benefits
• Hybrid Work Model (2 days working from home)
• Comprehensive Health plan starting from the first day of employment
• Pension plan
• 13th salary payment
• Additional Paid Annual Leave (up to 30 days, based on years of service)
• Up to 5 Carry over annual leave days from previous year to the next one
• Birthday Leave
• Udemy Business access
• Monthly Wolt Vouchers
• Monthly meals & treats at the office
• Participation in company's Group Discount Scheme
• Gym Membership
• Referral Bonus Program
• Summer Short Fridays (August)
Additional Support
• Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Assistance (If applicable)

Product Engineer
The Flex
📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
About Us
Base360.ai is the AI operating system for short-term rental businesses, helping property managers run their operations on autopilot.
Born out of The Flex, a short-term rental operator that scaled to an eight-figure business using its own software, Base360.ai is now launching as a standalone platform for short-term rental operators worldwide.
We bring reservations, guest communication, pricing, payments, cleaning, maintenance, and reporting into one platform—helping operators automate manual work, reduce costs, increase revenue, and scale their portfolios.
We're looking for an ambitious Product Engineer who wants to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You'll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to identify what matters, build solutions, and improve them based on how people use them.
If you enjoy owning the full journey from customer problem to shipped product—and you're excited by AI, automation, and short-term rentals—we want to meet you.
What You'll Build
As a Product Engineer, you'll help shape and scale Base360.ai across the entire short-term rental lifecycle.
You'll build customer-facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, and integrations that help property managers grow without increasing their workload at the same rate.
Your work will connect what users see with the systems behind it—from a guest’s check-in experience to the workflows coordinating reservations, cleaning, payments, and owner reporting.
Your Mission
Understand Customer Problems
Work directly with property managers and internal teams to understand their workflows, identify friction, and decide which problems are worth solving.
Build Products End-to-End
Take features from idea and prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment. Own the complete experience and how it performs in production.
Create Intuitive User Experiences
Work with designers to make complex short-term rental operations easy to manage. Build interfaces that help users complete tasks quickly and confidently.
Create Powerful Automations
Build event-driven workflows that eliminate repetitive work—from scheduling cleaning after a booking to sending check-in instructions and generating owner statements.
Develop AI-Powered Features
Use LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, triage maintenance requests, support pricing decisions, and help operators manage their portfolios more efficiently.
Connect the Ecosystem
Build reliable APIs and integrations with platforms including Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and other partners across the short-term rental ecosystem.
Solve Real Operational Problems
Build Solutions For
• Real-time reservation and availability synchronization
• Dynamic pricing intelligence
• Smart lock access and key management
• Automated guest communication across channels
• Guest check-in and upsell journeys
• Operational forecasting
• Cleaning and maintenance automation
• Owner reporting and financial workflows
• AI-powered monitoring and alerts
Measure and Improve
Use customer feedback, product usage, and operational results to evaluate what you ship. Improve features based on adoption, time saved, fewer errors, and better user outcomes.
Build for Scale
Make sound technical decisions that balance delivery speed, maintainability, security, and reliability as more operators and properties join the platform.
Tech Stack
We care more about capability than specific technologies, but our current stack includes:
• Python
• FastAPI
• React
• TypeScript
• Supabase
• PostgreSQL
• AWS
• Serverless architecture
• OpenAI APIs
• Twilio
• Stripe
• Docker
• GitHub Actions
You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have
• Strong experience building and shipping production software
• The ability to work across frontend and backend systems
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture
• A product mindset and curiosity about why users need a feature
• Good judgment around usability, scope, and technical trade-offs
• The ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a practical, working solution
• Confidence working directly with customers, designers, and founders
• The ability to work independently and own outcomes
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency
• A bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating

• Short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or property management systems
• Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Marketplace businesses and booking channel integrations

Senior Data Scientist (Look-2-Book)
Emerging Travel Group
📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time

Описание вакансии
• End-to-End ML Ownership: Lead ML projects from formulating hypotheses and task setting to delivering measurable business impact. You will be responsible for the entire cycle, ensuring fast time-to-market and maintaining model quality in production
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineers to build robust production data pipelines, and with Data Analysts to dive into business context, define metrics, and design/evaluate A/B tests
• Domain-Specific Problem Solving: Translate complex travel/B2B business problems into mathematical and ML modeling tasks. Key challenges include: Look-to-Book Optimization: Design and deploy scoring models to accurately predict the probability of a search query converting into a booking (look-to-book), model how this likelihood changes dynamically with price and availability, and optimize the entire search-to-book funnel / Multi-objective Optimization: Simultaneous optimization of margin/profitability and operational incident minimization; sophisticated trade-off recommendations factoring in B2B client preferences / Cache Freshness Prediction: Predict the likelihood of rates/offers becoming stale before booking, helping find the right balance between data accuracy, speed, and system load
• Model Development: Develop, train, and validate machine learning models to test product hypotheses and proactively improve the B2B user experience
Requirements
Must Have:
• Experience: At least 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer
• Business Mindset: Ability to dig into data, identify root business problems, and translate business objectives into clear ML tasks rather than just tuning metrics in a vacuum
• ML Stack & Algorithms: Solid knowledge of classic Machine Learning (Gradient Boosting like CatBoost/LightGBM, Classification, Regression)
• Matching, RecSys & Ranking: Proven experience with entity matching tasks, and a deep understanding of Recommendation Systems and Ranking approaches (KNN, FAISS, Learning-to-Rank, pointwise / pairwise / listwise approaches)
• Big Data Stack: Confident experience working with massive datasets (we process terabytes daily). Excellent SQL skills and practical experience building pipelines with PySpark
• Engineering Independence: Production-quality Python code, ability to write tests, and readiness to bring models to production (experience with Airflow and Python microservices)
Nice to Have:
• Industry Experience: Experience in TravelTech, E-commerce, or B2B APIs (understanding of hotels, rates, distributors)
• NLP & Embeddings: Basic NLP skills, understanding the principles of text embeddings and how to train them (highly useful for matching textual rate descriptions, room types, and cancellation policies)
• Optimization & Pricing: Experience with dynamic pricing, multi-objective optimization, or Next Best Action (NBA) systems
• Math & Stats: A solid foundation in probability theory and mathematical statistics for rigorous experiment design and model evaluation
Benefits
• A fully flexible work schedule — there's no pressure to start work at exactly 9:00 AM; what matters is achieving results and moving forward;
• Each person in our team is encouraged to choose their preferred work format. You can work fully remotely, come to the office, or choose a hybrid work model;
• We are an ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;
• The growth and development of each employee is our priority, so we have internal programs available for adaptation and training, development of soft skills and leadership abilities that are tailored individually to each employee;
• We also provide partial compensation for employees participating in external training and conferences;

At NAGA, we are revolutionizing finance by making trading and investing accessible to everyone with advanced tools that give power to all.
At NAGA you are joining more than just a fintech company. You become part of a vibrant, diverse community of visionaries and problem-solvers fueled by curiosity and collaboration. Here, your influence goes beyond existing products – you are actively shaping the future of finance.
We have a start-up DNA and a corporate mindset. This means we are fast and flexible, like a start-up, but we are also committed to helping our people develop and thrive within our company. Thus, if you love a challenge, are passionate about making an impact and ready to grow alongside a dynamic, forward-thinking team, this is where you belong.
Challenge yourself. Challenge the future. Join NAGA!
We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Platform & Engineering team, reporting to the Head of BI. You will own the source-to-warehouse pipelines on Microsoft Fabric, harden the data-quality layer, and partner closely with the Analytics & Reporting team so that every Group KPI is computed once, correctly, and from a single semantic source. This is a senior individual-contributor role: you will set patterns, mentor mid-level Data Engineers in the team, and have direct influence on the data architecture across all reporting data flows.
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus (hybrid).
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and operate ingestion pipelines from our source systems (ERP, CRM, MT5, PSPs and banks, Everflow, BigQuery and multiple other sources) into Microsoft Fabric.
• Own the medallion architecture (bronze → silver → gold) pipeline transformations, including SCD Type 2 dimensional modelling for customer, broker server, product, and partner dimensions.
• Maintain the dbt-style semantic layer that feeds Power BI and Reporting in general so KPI definitions stay aligned across consumption layers.
• Set and meet pipeline SLAs — NRT, T+1 for the CEO daily pack at 09:00 CET, near-real-time freshness — and publish the Known Issues register when anything misses SLA.
• Optimise Fabric compute and storage cost, monitor capacity headroom, and recommend right-sizing.
• Maintain the data dictionary across bronze / silver / gold / NRT layers, and contribute to the KPI Dictionary as the single source of truth.
• Mentor the team on Fabric patterns, reconciliation discipline, and review craft. Be the engineer the team escalates to when a pipeline misbehaves.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years on a modern cloud data platform (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or equivalent).
• Strong SQL — advanced window functions, query optimisation, ability to read execution plans — and a track record of building production pipelines at scale.
• Hands-on dimensional modelling experience: Kimball patterns, SCD Type 2, fact vs dimension tradeoffs.
• Python for pipeline code, plus experience with at least one orchestration / transformation framework (Fabric Data Pipelines, Azure Data Factory etc).
• Experience operating a streaming or near-real-time layer (KQL / Eventhouse, Kafka or equivalent).
• Strong reconciliation and data-quality discipline — you are comfortable owning a number end-to-end across multiple source systems and standing behind it.
• Git and code-review fluency, with disciplined documentation habits.
• Professional English, written and spoken.
Nice to have:
• Microsoft Fabric specifically: Lakehouse, Warehouse, Eventhouse, semantic-model authoring.
• Experience in a regulated industry — CFD / FX brokerage, banking, asset management, working awareness of CySEC, MiFID II, or equivalent prudential frameworks.
• Power BI semantic-layer authoring and DAX, even at a basic level — enough to speak fluently with the Analytics & Reporting team.
• PostgreSQL logical replication / azure_cdc / Fabric mirroring experience.
• ERP or trading-platform integration experience.
• ML and AI modelling.
Our stack:
Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Eventhouse), Power BI, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Python, SQL and Git.
Benefits:
• Global Career Evolution: Ready to grow fast and achieve your dreams? At our company, your passion and curiosity are the keys to unlocking exciting opportunities. Dive into a dynamic, international environment where innovative ideas and diverse perspectives drive success. Our culture of continuous learning means you will never stop growing, and you will have endless opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge with others. • Connection & Belonging: Belonging to a supportive, vibrant team makes all the difference. We believe that when people feel connected, they perform at their best. That is why we offer endless opportunities to build genuine relationships through exciting activities and shared experiences. With us, you are not just joining a team – you are becoming part of a diverse, empowering community where everyone lifts each other up and celebrates success together.

Senior 3D Artist
Scorewarrior
📍 Limassol
🏢 Marketing
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 On-site
Описание вакансии
About Scorewarrior.
We're a game developer and publisher from Cyprus with one single game in the 4x strategy genre: Total Battle. We're a one-game company on purpose, because in everything we do, we focus
We are currently concentrating on two major goals:
• To make our game #1 in its genre.
• To make our company the best place to work on games.
And we're far from there; we still have a lot of work to do.
That's why we need you.
Let's dive in.
As our Senior 3D Artist you will create video creatives for Total Battle's performance marketing. Your goal will be to turn creative concepts into engaging gameplay videos that attract new players.
This isn't a role where you simply execute a ready-made brief. You'll take a concept or mechanic, figure out how to bring it to life, build the scene and gameplay logic, and take it all the way to the final video.
Key responsibilities.
• Create 3D video creatives for Total Battle using Unreal Engine, as well as Houdini, Cocos, or Unity where appropriate.
• Build new gameplay mechanics and logic from scratch within a production cycle of up to 8 working days.
• Develop and write gameplay scenarios based on a concept or mechanic.
• Build and polish scenes, including lighting, composition, animation, and visual design.
• Use your technical skills and new tools to continuously improve the quality and speed of creative production.
You could be a great fit for this position if:
• You have strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine/Houdini and Blueprints.
• You have a solid 3D foundation, including animation, lighting, composition, basic modelling, and rigging.
• You have experience creating marketing creatives for mobile games and a portfolio to show us.
• You have a basic understanding of game design and can turn an idea into engaging gameplay.
• You're comfortable working independently and figuring things out without a detailed brief.
• You care about the performance of your creatives, not just delivering the final result.
• You're constantly learning and looking for ways to improve your skills and workflow.
• You use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and other GenAI tools in your work.
• You play and love video games.
• Experience with Cocos, Unity, Niagara, or programming languages would be a plus.
Why Scorewarrior?
• Work with a product you love: Total Battle is more than just a job; it's a passion project.

• Join a highly skilled team: We're a nerdy group of talented individuals who love what we do.
• Make a real impact: Your work will directly contribute to bringing new players into Total Battle and getting us closer to that number-one app store spot.
• Stability: Start working with a stable three-year contract with the potential to extend it to infinity and beyond.
• An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
• Full-coverage relocation for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).
• Private health insurance for you and your family members.

DevOps Engineer (AWS/Hybrid Infrastructure)
Mayflower
📍 Limassol
🏢 Infrastructure
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with strong, recent AWS experience to join our infrastructure team.
You will work in a hybrid environment spanning AWS, private OpenStack clouds, OKD, virtual machines, and bare-metal Linux servers. We are primarily looking for someone coming from an AWS/Linux/automation background.
Our platform serves hundreds of thousands of requests per second across many thousands of virtual machines. We are therefore looking for someone who is already comfortable working with high-load, business-critical production systems, rather than someone whose experience has been limited to small-scale or early-stage environments.
CORE STACK:
• AWS
• Terraform
• OpenStack (as a consumer: VMs, networking, storage)
• OKD / Kubernetes (OKD is the upstream of OpenShift)
• Helm / Helmfile
• Ansible
• GitLab CI/CD
• Linux
• Virtual machines and bare-metal servers
• Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics / Grafana
• ELK
Our dedicated platform teams operate the underlying OpenStack and OKD platforms, while your team owns and operates the workloads running on top of them. Previous OpenStack or OKD expertise is not required: you will not be responsible for building OpenStack or maintaining the OKD control plane, but you should be comfortable deploying, operating, and troubleshooting workloads running on these platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Typical tasks in this role include:
• Build and evolve AWS infrastructure with Terraform — extending existing modules and writing new ones — across compute, networking, storage, IAM, databases, and load balancing (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, ALB/NLB, IAM);
• Provision and manage OpenStack virtual machines and the Linux services running on them, as well as workloads running on bare-metal Linux hosts;
• Deploy and operate workloads in OKD using Helm and Helmfile, including maintaining charts, values, and templates, and troubleshooting deployments;
• Build and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments;
• Manage Linux systems with Ansible, including writing new roles and adapting existing ones;
• Own observability for your workloads: configure metric collection in Prometheus and VictoriaMetrics, maintain Grafana dashboards, set up and tune alerts, and work with centralized logging in ELK — collection, parsing, and helping teams find and understand issues in application and infrastructure logs;
• Work closely with Development and QA teams — supporting production systems as well as the test environments used for day-to-day development, and helping with deployments, environment configuration, infrastructure issues, and release blockers;
• Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, networking, Linux, CI/CD, and application platforms, including problems that span multiple systems;
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and take part in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvements.
• Review infrastructure code and work with DevOps, Development, QA, and Platform teams on changes that cross team boundaries.
You’ll thrive here if you have
• Has strong, recent hands-on AWS experience in large-scale, high-traffic, business-critical production systems;
• Has solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code;
• Has practical experience running workloads in Kubernetes-based environments and working with Helm;
• Has experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI;
• Has hands-on experience with Ansible, including writing or maintaining roles;
• Understands infrastructure networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls/security groups, and connectivity troubleshooting;
• Has practical experience with metrics and alerting (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana) and centralized logging (ELK);
• Can troubleshoot complex problems independently and follow them across multiple layers of the stack;
• Is confident with Linux, virtual machines, and production infrastructure, is comfortable working outside fully managed cloud services, and understands what runs underneath the application. Comfortable using Bash, Python, or similar for automation.
Conditions
We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:
• EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.
• EU passport. Opportunity to obtain an EU passport after 4 years of residence
