INEX Group is looking for a Finance Operations Administrator to support the financial documentation of our construction projects.
The main responsibility of this role is to keep invoices and project documentation accurate and well organised: collecting documents from construction site teams, assigning them to the correct projects and categories, and entering the information into the ERP system in a timely manner.
The role combines office-based work with regular visits to construction sites in Paphos.

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in administrative work, operations or finance;
• experience working with ERP or accounting systems;
• strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and confidence using computers;
• good working English is required; Greek is a strong advantage;
• valid driving license and willingness to travel to construction sites;
• experience in construction or real estate is an advantage.

Your main tasks will be:

Role Overview

FirePro is looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Performance & Demand Generation Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and drive measurable demand across international markets. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role will take ownership of paid media, SEO, digital analytics and performance reporting, while contributing to AI-driven search, marketing automation and market intelligence. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day digital performance activities, turn data into actionable recommendations and continuously evolve their expertise as digital marketing, search and AI develop.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media

• Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple international

markets.

• Conduct keyword, audience and market research to inform targeting and campaign strategy.
• Manage budgets and continuously optimise campaigns based on performance, conversions and lead

quality.

• Identify opportunities for new campaigns based on business priorities and market potential.

SEO, AEO/GEO & Search Intelligence

• Monitor and improve FirePro’s organic search visibility across priority markets, including visibility across

emerging AI-driven search and answer platforms.

• Conduct keyword, search-demand and competitor analysis across different countries and applications.
• Identify SEO, AEO/GEO and content opportunities and work with the Marketing team to translate these

into relevant website activity.

• Provide recommendations on technical and on-page SEO improvements where required.

Analytics & Conversion

• Manage and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console, ensuring reliable tracking

of website activity and conversions.

• Analyse website and landing-page performance and identify opportunities to improve user journeys and

conversion rates.

• Ensure digital campaigns and key website actions are properly tracked and measurable.
• Support the progressive connection of digital enquiries with CRM and sales outcomes.

Reporting & Insights

• Develop and maintain clear digital performance reporting across channels, markets and campaigns.
• Track relevant KPIs, enquiries and lead sources, focusing on meaningful performance rather than surface-level metrics.
• Turn digital data into actionable insights and recommendations for Marketing.
• Identify trends, market opportunities and areas where FirePro could strengthen its digital presence or investment.

AI-Powered Marketing & Automation

• Identify and implement relevant AI-powered tools and workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing activities.
• Support the development of marketing automation across relevant lead-generation and marketing processes.
• Keep up to date with developments in AI-driven marketing and identify relevant opportunities for FirePro.

Market Intelligence

• Use market-intelligence tools to support market research and identify potential markets, customers and

commercial opportunities.

• Combine market intelligence with digital performance and search data to provide actionable insights for

Marketing.

The role may also support other digital performance and demand-generation initiatives as required, in collaboration with the wider Marketing team.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
• Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research and search-demand analysis, with knowledge of or

willingness to develop expertise in AEO/GEO and AI search visibility.

• Experience with conversion tracking, digital reporting and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Proactive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative approach to working

across teams.

• Strong command of English.

Considered an Advantage

• Experience in B2B, technical or industrial sectors.
• Experience with CRM and lead attribution.
• Experience with dashboarding and data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Experience with CRO and landing-page optimisation.
