Role in brief

The Hedge Fund Risk Associate Analyst is responsible for supporting the production and maintenance of client portfolio risk reports using Albourne's proprietary systems. The role involves analysing investment data, maintaining portfolio information, responding to client enquiries, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of risk reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to support portfolio monitoring, risk analysis, and customised reporting requirements.

Insights to the Role

Client Portfolio Risk Reporting

• Generate and maintain monthly client risk reports using Albourne's proprietary systems.
• Review client-provided data and identify discrepancies, missing information, or data quality issues that may affect reporting accuracy.
• Ensure all reports are produced accurately and delivered within established deadlines.
• Respond to portfolio-related and risk-related client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Portfolio Data Management

• Collect, review, and validate portfolio data, including:
• Monthly fund performance returns
• Fund market values and balances
• Investor subscriptions and redemptions
• Monitor fund strategy classifications, regional exposures, benchmarks, and market indices used in risk calculations.
• Apply appropriate proxies and assumptions where required to support analytical models and reporting.

Portfolio Setup and Analysis

• Build new client portfolios and maintain existing portfolios within the firm's internal database systems.
• Configure appropriate benchmarks and comparison indices for investment funds, consulting senior analysts when necessary.
• Support the production of customised portfolio analyses and reporting solutions.

Client Support and Ad Hoc Requests

• Manage and respond to risk-related requests received through the team's ticketing system.
• Provide support to clients using Albourne Portfolio Manager and assist with portfolio-related queries.

Analytical & Financial Knowledge

Summary
Andersen is hiring a Product Manager for a project developing a multi-asset crypto wallet and delivering secure, scalable digital asset solutions for a global trading platform.
The customer is an international financial services company delivering online trading solutions across a wide set of asset classes via in-house web and mobile systems. Active in many regulated markets, the organization is known for investing in modern technologies, high-quality client assistance, and educational tools for users within the digital trading ecosystem.
The project is focused on developing and integrating a multi-asset crypto wallet into an existing financial trading platform. It aims to enable clients to hold, deposit, withdraw, convert, and use cryptocurrencies alongside fiat currencies while leveraging third-party infrastructure to deliver a secure and scalable digital asset solution.

Responsibilities
- Owning the crypto wallet product from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
- Translating the crypto strategy into an executable roadmap, prioritized by business impact, regulatory obligations and platform reliability.
- Defining product features and scope for the MVP and next phases: supported assets and networks, deposit/withdrawal, conversion, fiat and crypto balance views, transfer to trading accounts.
- Designing user journeys and flows together with UX/UI: onboarding, wallet creation, KYC steps, transaction flows, notifications, error states.
- Driving vendor evaluation and selection (custody / wallet infrastructure, KYC/AML, blockchain analytics), including cost and scalability considerations.
- Working with Compliance and Legal to make sure the product meets AML/KYT, Travel Rule and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
- Defining user personas and segments for both existing traders and new crypto-native audiences.
- Managing the product backlog in an Agile setup, work closely with Business Analysts and Engineering on specifications and releases.
- Defining and tracking product KPIs after launch: adoption, transaction success rate, cost per transaction, client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Experience in Product Managemen for 5+ years, with at least 2 years on crypto, digital asset or Web3 products.
- Proven track record of launching a crypto wallet, crypto trading or crypto payments product to production.
- Good understanding of custody models (custodial, MPC, self-custody), supported assets and chains, network fees, stablecoins.
- Experience working with third-party crypto infrastructure providers and running vendor evaluation.
- Experience defining user journeys and flows and working closely with designers on the visual part of the product.
- Working knowledge of crypto regulatory requirements: AML/KYT, Travel Rule, MiCA Roadmap and backlog ownership, KPI-driven product decisions.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have
- Background in Forex/CFD brokerage, trading platforms, neobank or exchange.
- Hands-on experience with Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, Chainalysis or similar.
- Experience with fiat and crypto integration (multi-currency wallets, on/off-ramps, conversions).
- Experience in multi-jurisdiction regulated environments (CySEC, FCA, MiCA).
- Knowledge of tokenized assets (tokenized stocks, RWA) and crypto exchange products.
- Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA).
- Figma skills for prototyping.

Summary
Andersen is hiring an AI Engineer (Agentic Systems) for a project developing AI-powered assistants and intelligent agents for a global fintech and digital trading platform.
The customer is an international technology company operating a digital platform that brings together a range of financial and investment-related services. Its offering includes access to various market instruments, analytical and educational tools, and functionality designed to support different types of users and investment approaches. The company serves customers across multiple markets through a digital-first model and continues to expand its platform with additional features, services, and partnership opportunities.
The project is focused on developing and integrating AI-powered capabilities into a global fintech and digital trading platform. It includes building a client-facing AI assistant, AI-generated trading strategies, and intelligent agents for business process automation, while supporting the modernization and internalization of the technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Designing, building and runing LLM agents in production, both client-facing and internal.
- Building MCP servers on top of existing databases and production systems, and orchestrate several internal and external MCP servers under one agent.
- Designing memory, context management and RAG for production use.
- Setting up evaluation, handling edge cases and improving agents step by step after release.
- Working in an architecture that combines databases, interfaces, agents and orchestrator applications.
- Working on Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry.

Requirements
- Experience in IT field as Software Engineer, ML Engineer, AI Engineer for 6+ years.
- Hands-on production experience with Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI).
- Built and shipped LLM agents to production, both client-facing (customer assistants, conversational AI) and internal workflow automation agents.
- Strong experience with at least one agent framework: LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands Agents or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Deep MCP experience: building MCP servers on top of existing databases and systems, integrating external MCP servers and orchestrating several of them under one agent.
- Production-grade RAG, memory and context engineering: embeddings, chunking, hybrid search, reranking, vector databases, short- and long-term agent memory.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, guardrails and monitoring of agents in production, and iterative improvement based on real usage and failure cases.
- Understanding of system architecture combining databases, APIs, agents and orchestrator applications, plus practical Docker and CI/CD experience.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have
- Trading, investing, brokerage or crypto domain knowledge combined with AI engineering.
- Fintech or regulated-industry background (compliance, data protection, auditability of AI outputs).
- Broader AWS or Azure cloud experience around the Bedrock/Foundry stack.
- Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools (e.g. LangSmith, Langfuse, Ragas, custom eval pipelines).
- Deep practical mastery of agentic development tools used to deliver full prototypes quickly. - Counts only on top of the must-haves, never as the main selling point.
