Responsibilities
Solution architecture & technical direction
• Define conceptual, logical, application, integration and deployment architectures aligned to business capabilities, functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
• Own the end-to-end solution design across frontend, backend, integration, data, cloud and AI components, while engaging specialist architects where deeper expertise is required.
• Evaluate architectural options and trade-offs, recommend a clear direction, and document material decisions through architecture views, decision records and implementation guidance.
• Decompose solutions into coherent components and services, defining boundaries, interfaces, integration patterns and deployment approaches that teams can implement.
• Ensure architecture decisions address security, privacy, scalability, resilience, performance, observability, maintainability, operability and cost efficiency.
• Maintain architecture integrity throughout delivery, adapting the design when requirements, constraints or implementation evidence change.
Engineering leadership & delivery management
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through mobilisation, design, build, test, release and transition to operations.

Platform Engineer (Network Solutions)
Nexcess
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About Nexcess
Nexcess provides specialty cloud solutions for organizations where performance and compliance have to coexist. We serve businesses worldwide, from agencies scaling client sites to enterprises running mission-critical operations. We've built our reputation on deep technical expertise and genuine partnership with every client we work with. Behind every environment we manage is a team of people who take the craft seriously and keep showing up when it matters.
The Network Solutions team engineers and maintains the networking products — load balancing, switching, firewalls, VPN, VPC, and GPF — that connect and protect our customers’ infrastructure.
You will own platform changes end to end: the specification, the automation and configuration, the validation, and how they behave in production.
The pull request is the visible part. The job is the machine behind it: turning a loosely worded need into something precise enough to build against, naming what can break before it does, proving the change is correct rather than asserting it, and staying with it once it is live.
How We Work
• Business alignment and focus come first. Engineering here exists to move the business, not to be busy. You will know which few things matter most this month and why, say so when the work in front of you is not one of them, and land what you committed to on dates the business can plan around, at a quality that does not come back as an incident or a customer escalation.
• Predictable, reliable delivery of quality software is the output of this job, and everything below is in service of it.
• This job gets more hands-on every quarter, not less. The volume of code goes up while the time you spend typing it goes down, so the value moves to the two ends of it: what you specify, and what you verify. You will stay close to production, run the AI harness daily, read code you did not write, and keep your technical judgment current rather than remembered.
• Whoever ships it owns it, regardless of what wrote it. Most code is AI-generated now, so the judgment moved to either side of it: specifying exactly what to build, and verifying that what came back is correct, secure and operable. An agent wrote it is not a defense. Your name is on the merge.
• You do not need to own the roadmap to know why the work matters. You will not be the Product counterpart at this level and you are not expected to be. You are expected to understand what the customer gets and what the business gains from the thing you are building, and to ask before you build the wrong thing correctly. The engineers who move fastest here are the ones who ask that question early rather than at the review.
• You go on call for what you build, and you take your turn on the rotation. Engineering declares risk and timelines in writing for the business to accept, and that includes yours: when a date is at risk you say so early, with evidence, rather than quietly.
Responsibilities
• Own platform features end to end within the Network Solutions domain. Take work from specification through implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing production support across load balancing, switching, firewalls, VPN, VPC, and related networking services.
• Build and maintain network-focused cloud infrastructure. Work with Linux-based systems, configuration management, and supporting infrastructure to deliver reliable and scalable networking services.
• Automate infrastructure configuration and operational processes. Use tools such as Ansible or Puppet to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and make changes repeatable and auditable.
• Support and improve networking platforms and services. Work closely with network infrastructure and core networking components to ensure stable, secure, and performant operation.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications. Identify dependencies, failure scenarios, and operational risks early and resolve ambiguity before implementation begins.
• Verify changes before they reach production. Test infrastructure and software changes, exercise failure scenarios, and provide clear evidence that changes are safe and production-ready.
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools as part of your daily workflow. Apply agentic tooling to implementation, automation, and review while remaining accountable for the quality and operability of the final result.
• Review infrastructure and code changes from other engineers. Identify design, reliability, security, and operational risks early and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Own the systems you run. Participate in on-call rotation, respond to incidents, document root causes and follow-up actions, and continuously reduce operational toil.
• Work safely in existing and unfamiliar systems. Understand complex or legacy environments, make incremental improvements without unnecessary rewrites, and leave systems better documented and instrumented than you found them.
• Mentor other engineers. Share technical knowledge, explain design and operational decisions, and support less experienced engineers through implementation and review.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams. Identify cross-team requirements early and work directly with the relevant engineers to avoid delivery blockers.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with cloud computing infrastructure configuration and production environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Linux server administration.
• 5+ years of experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure reliability, availability, security, and production operations.
• Experience building, operating, and supporting highly available production infrastructure.
• Experience automating infrastructure configuration and operational processes.
• Experience participating in an on-call rotation and responding to production incidents.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple infrastructure layers.
• Ability to work effectively in unfamiliar or legacy environments and make safe, incremental improvements.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools as part of day-to-day technical work.
• Clear written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team across multiple time zones.
Preferred
• 5+ years of experience with core networking administration.
• Experience with load balancing, switching, firewalls, VPN, VPC, or related networking technologies.
• Experience with network automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience in managed hosting, cloud platforms, or another high-availability service environment.
• Experience reviewing infrastructure changes and mentoring other engineers.
We offer
• Visa support and relocation assistance.
• Daily lunches in the office.
• Work in a team of professionals at an international level.
• Comfortable working conditions.
• Opportunity to practice and improve your English.
• Competitive salary and all necessary equipment.
• Medical insurance.

DevOps
Nexcess
DevOps Engineers enable our engineering teams by delivering standardized CI/CD pipelines, secure coding frameworks and reference architectures that accelerate development while maintaining high reliability standards. The product is the paved road: the fastest way to ship should also be the safe way, and the development teams who use it are the customers.
The CI/CD platform is production. DevOps Engineers are on call for it, because a broken pipeline is an incident for every team behind it, and the paved road is judged by adoption and developer satisfaction as well as by DORA numbers.
You will own features end to end: the specification, the code, the tests and how it behaves in production. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, and you are the engineer who answers for whether what you shipped actually works.
• Own an enablement domain others come to for answers — the CI/CD platform, secure coding and supply-chain controls, or reference architectures and service templates. This is the rung where you specialize: the domain is yours, and development teams escalate to you inside it.
• Build the AI verification layer for your domain. Review agents in the pull-request path, AI-assisted test generation, gates tuned for AI-generated code, and provenance that records what an agent wrote. Show measurable gains in lead time, change failure rate or escaped defects — not adoption alone.
• Make the paved road agent-ready. Golden-path templates and repos that ship with the context files, skills and MCP connections agents need, and CI that runs agents safely: scoped credentials, sandboxing, defenses against prompt injection.
• Enforce quality on everything you own, including what AI wrote. Pipelines are versioned, tested and observable, and your gates fail the build rather than warn.
• Remove recurring toil for development teams, with the AI contribution measured rather than assumed.
• Be the escalation point for your domain. Mentor engineers on and off your team, run enablement sessions that teach development teams to work specification-first with agents, and hold Tech Lead for an enablement initiative when one needs it.
• Go on call for the CI/CD platform. A broken pipeline is an incident for every team behind it; incidents written up with actions closed on dates, toil removed rather than absorbed.
• Write the specification before the code, and verify with evidence on the pull request — the failure cases exercised, not only the happy path.
• Clear what you need from another team yourself. Find the dependency early, agree it directly with the engineer who owns it, and land it ahead of your work rather than escalating once it is late.
Requirements
• 5+ years in software engineering, with real ownership of developer-facing tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or platform/enablement work after it shipped.
• Hands-on technical fluency in: containerization, deploy automation, PHP, Perl, and GitHub Automation.
• Depth in at least one enablement domain — the CI/CD platform, secure coding and supply-chain controls, or reference architectures and service templates — and the ability to read your way into a part of the pipeline you have never touched. You can read a diff in a language you do not use daily and say what is wrong with it.
• Hands-on AI-assisted engineering, in your daily work rather than a trial. You can specify precisely, review generated pipeline and IaC code critically, and tell us where it fails and what you always check before it merges.
• Tests and evidence as a habit rather than a mandate. You write them as you go, you gate on changed code, and you have caught your own mistakes with them.
• You have operated what you built. A production on-call rotation for a platform or pipeline, an incident you owned, and a write-up that changed something afterwards.
• Clear written communication in a remote, distributed team. Decisions and trade-offs recorded in writing, with colleagues across several time zones.
• Managed hosting, cloud or another high-availability service business is a bonus.
We offer
• Visa support and relocation assistance.
• Daily lunches in the office.
• Work in a team of professionals at an international level.
• Comfortable working conditions.
• Opportunity to practice and improve your English.
• Competitive salary and all necessary equipment.
• Medical insurance.

• Experience building AI agents or other LLM-powered workflows
What We Offer:
• Remote-first, trust-based culture. Work from the place that works best for you. No mandatory office days, no attendance trackers. In some locations, we provide offices or coworking spaces, but the choice is yours.
• True flexibility. We do not fix you to a 9-to-5 schedule. You can adjust your working hours when needed, as long as your day stays productive and in sync with the team.
• Extra time off. Your birthday is a holiday here. Add to that 10 personal days each year, seven sick days without paperwork, and extra time to enjoy Christmas and New Year. Time to rest is part of the deal.
• Work that matters. Our mission is to build a digital world that is secure, accessible and inclusive for everyone. From fighting fraud to making online services easier and safer to use, your work will have a real impact on how people experience trust online.
• Compensation. We offer fair and transparent pay, benchmarked to the market.

Backend Developer (Cloud Services)
Nexcess
Cloud Services delivers the data protection, security, and edge services - SSL, email, EADN, and CDN/WAF - that keep our customers’ applications safe and performant.
You will own features end to end: the specification, the code, the tests and how it behaves in production. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, and you are the engineer who answers for whether what you shipped actually works.

Responsibilities
• Own features end to end inside your team's domain. Work that runs for weeks, touches several parts of the system and other people's code, and ends in a live, monitored change. This is the level where the work stops arriving pre-broken-down: you are the one who names the unknowns up front rather than discovering them late.
• Write the specification before the code. Most of the leverage sits upstream of the keyboard. Turn a request into something precise enough that an agent, or another engineer, builds the right thing the first time, and resolve ambiguity in writing with the person who asked.
• Run the AI harness every day. Use agentic tooling as the default way you work, automated review in the pull-request path, and reusable skills you build and share with the team rather than leave on your own laptop.
• Verify, and put the evidence on the pull request. Tests with every change, coverage gating on changed code, and failure cases exercised — not only the happy path. A reviewer should not have to take your word for it.
• Make your reviews worth having. With no authority, review is where much of your influence lands: catch the design problem while it is still cheap to fix, be specific about what to change and why, and be fast. Review latency slows the whole team down, and yours is part of it.
• Mentor engineers earlier on the ladder. Pair on the hard changes, explain the reasoning and not just the fix, and give feedback directly and early. You lead through design, code, and review, not through a reporting line.
• Own what you run, not only what you ship. Participate in on-call for your team's services, document incidents with actions closed on dates, remove toil rather than absorb it, and write down whatever only you know so no bus factor of one is left standing.
• Work in code you did not write. A hosting platform carries years of history. You will read your way into unfamiliar parts of it, change them safely without a rewrite you cannot justify, and leave each one better instrumented than you found it.

Senior Product Manager
Vivid
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with real technical depth and an AI-first way of working. You'll own a product area end to end: finding problems worth solving, shaping the solution, taking it from 0 to 1 and growing it from there.
You understand architecture, you've written code, you know how databases work, and you speak engineering fluently. Your main job is product. The technical depth is what lets you move faster and make better calls.
AI isn't a feature we're adding. It's how we work and how we build. Expect roughly 70% product and 30% engineering, with full accountability for results.
Your Mission
• Product direction: set the vision, strategy and roadmap for your area. Decide what to build, why, and how success is measured.
• 0-to-1 delivery: take new products and features from problem discovery to launch and iteration.
• Discovery and validation: work directly with users and data to understand real problems, not assumed ones. Run interviews, usability tests and experiments before committing to build.
• Metrics and outcomes: define, instrument and track the KPIs for your area. Use product analytics to find friction, prioritise the highest-impact work, and shut down what doesn't work.
• Engineering partnership: understand architectural trade-offs, review technical approaches and unblock decisions. Write specs engineers actually want to read: clear, technical and opinionated.
• AI and automation: find where LLMs and agents create real product value, build the case, and ship it.
• Fast prototyping: validate ideas with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, agents), scripts, no-code, or whatever gets you to the answer quickest.
• Hands-on work: write queries, dig into data pipelines, spin up prototypes, and open a PR when it makes sense.
• Prioritisation: balance user impact, business value, effort and regulatory constraints, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and business owners to ship continuously.
Your Profile
• 5+ years in product management or product engineering with strong technical involvement, and a track record of taking products from 0 to live use with real users.
• AI-native: you use LLMs, vibe coding and agents daily, and you've applied LLMs or agentic AI to real products.
• Strong in Python or a similar language, enough to build things yourself. Comfortable with SQL, git, databases and evaluating system architecture.
• Fluent in product analytics and research: you define metrics, read data yourself, and validate through interviews, usability testing and experiments.
• Strong grasp of UX. You can take a complex flow and make it simple.
• Experience shipping with Design and Engineering in an agile environment.
• Clear communicator in English and self-directed. You can explain technical decisions to non-technical people, write specs engineers respect, and don't wait to be told what matters.
Nice to Have
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in fintech or another regulated industry.
• Early-stage startup background.
• Hands-on LLM orchestration or prompt engineering.
• Background in software engineering, QA or product analytics.
Why Join Vivid?
• We have a hybrid model in our Limassol and Berlin offices, or fully remote outside office locations.
• We support relocation to Cyprus (visa, package) when needed.
• AI-first culture – we use it every day, not just talk about it.
• Learning & development budget to support your professional growth.
• Fully paid vacation and sick leave.
• Sports compensation.
• Real growth prospects, significant responsibility, and the ability to make an immediate impact from day one.
Compensation Range
Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria.
About Vivid
At Vivid, we're on a mission to change how businesses and individuals manage their money across Europe. For businesses, we build tools that actually make a difference: multi-IBAN accounts, high-yield savings, business cashback, team cards, and accounting integrations that save real time — all in one place. And for individuals, we offer a simple way to manage and grow your wealth: access to global stocks, ETFs and 150+ cryptocurrencies, cashback, and personalised financial insights.
Our mission? Your success. Everyone deserves the chance to see their finances flourish, and we're dedicated to empowering our customers to make this a reality.
Founded in 2019 in Berlin by Alexander Emeshev and Artem Iamanov, Vivid has quickly grown into one of Germany's top financial platforms for SMEs and private accounts. Since then, we've expanded rapidly across Europe, earning the trust of over 500,000 customers — and with over €200 million raised and a valuation of €775 million, we're just getting started.
We're building Vivid as an AI-native organization — across every function, from product to compliance to operations. Automation handles a growing share of day-to-day execution. For us, this means our teams can focus on architecture, strategy, and high-impact decision-making. This changes how we work: less manual execution, more ownership in building systems that scale. We want to help define what AI-native looks like in a regulated financial environment — and we're looking for people who want to build that future with us.

Senior Creative Producer
Ruby Labs
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About Us
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
About The Role
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
• Creative Strategy & Concepting
• Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
• Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
• Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
• Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
Production & Testing Velocity
• Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
• Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
• Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
Performance Analysis & Iteration
• Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
• Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
• Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
• Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
Market Research & Collaboration
• Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
• Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
• Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
• 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
• Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
• Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
• Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
• Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
• Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
• Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
• Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
• Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
• Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
• Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
