You will own solution design for cross-domain, company-wide and global initiatives, from early consultation to go-live. You will translate business requirements and architecture standards into costed, buildable solutions and clarify trade-offs before development. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end solution design for assigned initiatives, from business requirements to go-live. Produce solution design documents and Architecture Decision Records covering options, trade-offs, integration points and data flows. Specify non-functional requirements for every design: availability, performance, recovery, security, retention and cost. Run architecture reviews and engage relevant domain architects. Estimate design costs before commitment and validate high-risk decisions through proofs of concept. Serve as the designated contact for assigned IT vertical groups on cross-domain and global initiatives. Collaborate with architects, engineering teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. 10+ years designing and delivering solutions across more than one technology domain. Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an advantage. Deep expertise in distributed system design and integration architecture: REST, gRPC, event-driven patterns and interface versioning. Practical command of at least one modern language, and the ability to read Python, C#/.NET, TypeScript, Swift or Kotlin well enough to review a design. About the Role
Product decisions at Finom are made fast, and we want them made on evidence. You join the Growth & Activation product stream as its analyst, working with PMs and engineers on how new customers discover the product, start using it, and grow with it.
There is no established way of doing product analytics here yet, so you define it: how experiments are designed, how metrics are named and counted, what a readout looks like. You come with your own approach rather than waiting for one to be handed to you.
What you'll do
Work with the product managers and other stakeholders in the stream. Agree priorities with them, and look for the problems worth solving instead of waiting for a request to arrive.
Bring recommendations to the business, including opportunities it does not see on its own.
Define the metrics for the stream: what activation means, what we expect from the funnel, how each number is counted, and how it stays consistent with the way the rest of the company counts the same things.
Design the tests. Hypothesis, primary metric, audience split, duration, and how the result gets read once it lands.
Automate that work, so running a test is routine and not a small project every time.
Build the infrastructure for testing at scale, with external tools or our own, so a testing culture can spread across the product teams.

About the role
At Scorewarrior, we're making a long-term investment in Building Blocks — a new generation of self-service internal products with clear interfaces, contracts, and documentation that game teams can adopt independently.
Localization Hub is the first Building Block.
Today, Localization Hub, together with Crowdin, powers localization workflows across Scorewarrior — from translation tracking, analytics, and reporting to automated translation quality checks and an AI-powered localization assistant.
Our next goal is to transform Localization Hub into the first fully self-service Building Block, enabling content teams to localize standard features independently while the lead focuses on high-level decisions.
The engineering team behind Localization Hub will establish the architecture, engineering standards, and practices that future Building Blocks will build upon.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build the portal's micro-frontend platform and a shared component library. Localization Hub will be the first module.
What you’ll do
• Design the micro-frontend platform architecture and defend the solution
• Develop the portal Core and the module contract
• Set up module delivery: template, CI/CD, documentation
• Migrate the current Localization Hub as the first module of the portal
• Build a shared component library based on Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to its visual design as well
• Set standards for module teams and help them onboard to the portal
• Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews and documentation
• Own portal performance: loading time, bundle size budgets and rendering speed across modules
• Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks and degraded performance

About the role
At Scorewarrior, we're making a long-term investment in Building Blocks — a new generation of self-service internal products with clear interfaces, contracts, and documentation that game teams can adopt independently.
Localization Hub is the first Building Block.
Today, Localization Hub, together with Crowdin, powers localization workflows across Scorewarrior — from translation tracking, analytics, and reporting to automated translation quality checks and an AI-powered localization assistant.
Our next goal is to transform Localization Hub into the first fully self-service Building Block, enabling content teams to localize standard features independently while the lead focuses on high-level decisions.
The engineering team behind Localization Hub will establish the architecture, engineering standards, and practices that future Building Blocks will build upon.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build the portal's micro-frontend platform and a shared component library. Localization Hub will be the first module.
What you’ll do
• Design the micro-frontend platform architecture and defend the solution
• Develop the portal Core and the module contract
• Set up module delivery: template, CI/CD, documentation
• Migrate the current Localization Hub as the first module of the portal
• Build a shared component library based on Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to its visual design as well
• Set standards for module teams and help them onboard to the portal
• Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews and documentation
• Own portal performance: loading time, bundle size budgets and rendering speed across modules
• Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks and degraded performance
• Collaborate with backend engineers, module teams and product to align on APIs, requirements and platform priorities
• Take part in planning and scoping the platform roadmap, and drive upgrades of shared dependencies across modules
• Mentor engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing and performance tuning
What you should have
• 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
• Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, and the ability to build well-structured, reusable and responsive components
• Experience building a micro-frontend platform in production with React, TypeScript, Vite and React Router: Module Federation, Next.js Multi-Zones, import maps or similar, and independently versioned npm modules
• Frontend CI/CD experience: environment-based rollouts, CDN, versioned releases and rollbacks
• Experience creating or evolving a design system and Storybook
• Experience writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Vitest or Jest, Playwright)
• Understanding of performance, accessibility and web security
• Ability to justify decisions in writing (design documents, ADRs)
Nice to have
• Interest in design and basic Figma skills
• Experience migrating an existing application to micro-frontends without disrupting users
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience with state and data management in React: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query

What you’ll do
You will own our early customer implementations and help the founding team shape the product around what actually works.
Working directly with customers, you'll figure out their GTM operations, identify where agentic automations can help, and build solutions around those needs. Alongside the product and technical founders, you’ll use what you learn from these implementations to shape GrowthBricks itself.
Day to day, you will:
• Work directly with customers to understand their GTM workflows, systems, data, and bottlenecks.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
• Help build signal pipelines, account intelligence systems, enrichment and qualification workflows, outbound and CRM automation, and agentic workflows using GrowthBricks.
• Work hands-on with tools such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, sales engagement tools, APIs, automation platforms, and AI agents.
• Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding it.
• Identify patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
• Work closely with the product founder and engineering team to shape GrowthBricks, including building and shipping features yourself.

• Experience connecting multiple systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts, or custom integrations.
• Practical experience using LLMs or agents for GTM research, qualification, personalization, and automation.
• Experience implementing GTM systems across multiple teams or customers.
• The technical ability to build and modify product features and working solutions yourself, rather than just specifying what others should build.

In your first six months, you will have taken several customer problems from discovery to working production workflows.
You will also have helped us understand where GrowthBricks creates the most value, identified patterns that repeat across customers, and turned those patterns into reusable product capabilities.
