-Примерно половина времени будет посвящена разработке, вторая половина — поддержанию скорости, безопасности и качества всей системы.
-Создавать функции целиком: схема данных, API, фоновые задачи, интерфейс и запуск в продакшене.
-Разрабатывать AI-системы, выполняющие реальные задачи: агенты, инструменты ассистента, retrieval, streaming и evaluation.
-Контролировать стоимость токенов и эффективность использования моделей.

📌 Чем предстоит заниматься:
— Вести и масштабировать кампании в рекламных сетках (TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars и др.) на web2web-воронки
— Наращивать спенд без потери эффективности: ROAS, CPA, окупаемость когорт
— Тестировать креативы, углы, форматы, плейсменты и структуры кампаний
— Ставить задачи креативному продакшну и вместе искать сильные связки
— Анализировать данные по гео и сегментам, перераспределять бюджет туда, где лучше маржа
— Вместе с продуктом искать новые точки роста: офферы, воронки, paywall
— По мере роста выстраивать свою UA-команду

As Customer Success Manager, you will own the client journey from first enquiry to long term relationship. You will work alongside the Customer Care Officer and the Technical Manager, and your success is measured on quote conversion, upsell revenue, onboarding completion and client retention.
Your Responsibilities
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers on open estimates and quotes
• Monitor new signups and guide new clients through service activation and first use
• Ensure new clients understand their services, the client portal and how to reach support
• Run scheduled follow ups with existing clients to check satisfaction and spot issues early
• Propose upgrades, add ons and cross sell opportunities based on each client’s services and usage
• Identify clients at risk of leaving and take action to retain them
• Keep client records, notes and sales opportunities up to date in the CRM
• Support onboarding of resellers and partners when required
Your Skills and Experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales support or a related role; hosting, IT or SaaS experience is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of VPS, dedicated servers, networking or cloud services, and willingness to build in depth product knowledge
• Ability to explain technical services in simple terms and match them to client needs
• Confident communicator by phone, email and chat, comfortable with outbound client contact
• Experience with CRM systems and task or project management software
• Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
Salary and Benefits
• EUR 1,300 to 1,800 gross per month
• 13th salary

As Network Engineer NetOps, you will be involved in new networking projects and will support, develop and optimise a growing, globally distributed, high performance network infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities
• Operate, maintain and expand the network across multiple data centres, covering routing, switching, firewalls and customer connectivity, following the standards set by the Network Team Lead
• Run day to day network operations: monitor traffic and device health, resolve incidents and identify recurring issues early
• Configure and maintain BGP sessions, transit, peering and cross connects, and handle customer onboarding for dedicated, colocation and cloud services
• Implement and maintain firewall rules, ACLs, DDoS mitigation and access controls, and take part in vulnerability reviews
• Work with systems, support and sales teams on customer network requirements, including latency sensitive trading workloads
• Maintain accurate network records: configurations, topology diagrams, IP allocations and runbooks
• Propose improvements, automation and new tooling
• Cover for the Network Team Lead during absences and take part in the on call rotation
• Support audits and compliance, including ISO 27001, through change control and configuration reviews
Your Skills and Experience
• 3+ years of proven network engineering experience, configuring and managing network devices hands on
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and firewall configuration
• Hands on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, and analysing logs and metrics
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex network issues
• Strong verbal and written English, comfortable with non technical teams
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, handling multiple projects
Nice to Have
• CCNA, CCNP or equivalent, highly desirable
• Cloud networking (AWS, Azure) or cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH)
• SD WAN, cloud networking and automation tools
