Forward-Deployed Architect, Credit Analytics & ML Platforms
Neurons Lab
📍 Cyprus
💼 Contract
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Architect to help develop a credit analytics platform for a regulated financial-services business operating in the UK and Ireland.
The platform brings together lending and servicing data to support portfolio analysis, credit-risk modelling and better business decisions. Current work covers probability of default, redemption and prepayment, expected credit loss, and interactive analytics. The next challenge is to turn this work into a reliable, maintainable platform that can support different portfolios and client needs.
You will work directly with the client’s business and technology teams, alongside a credit-domain and modelling lead and other engineers. You will own the engineering architecture, contribute production code, and help the team decide what to build and how to deliver it. We need someone who can question assumptions, propose simpler alternatives and explain technical trade-offs clearly.
What you will do
• Translate business problems into an architecture, practical delivery plan and clear acceptance criteria. Identify gaps in requirements, data and dependencies before they become delivery problems.
• Design the path from working models and dashboards to a production-ready ML platform. Make deliberate choices about shared components, portfolio-specific configuration, model calibration and future client onboarding.
• Build and improve reproducible workflows for data preparation, feature engineering, training, validation, scoring and deployment. Establish clear versioning for code, data, models and calibration logic.
• Work with the modelling lead on how probability of default, prepayment, lifetime risk and loss estimates are calculated, tested and exposed to applications. Keep business definitions consistent across models, tables and dashboards.
• Strengthen the data foundation: trace results to source, investigate data-quality issues, document assumptions and build automated checks around important transformations.
• Improve the reliability of the Snowflake-backed analytics application, including deployment, testing, permissions and integration with model outputs.
• Put appropriate MLOps practices in place, including repeatable releases, monitoring, failure handling, rollback and operational documentation.
• Design for privacy, access control, auditability and model governance. Work with domain experts to make validation, stability and fairness checks practical and reviewable.
• Lead technical discussions, review code, unblock engineers and keep the client informed about progress, risks and architectural decisions.
• Assess where natural-language or LLM-assisted analytics would add value, without losing focus on trustworthy data, robust models and useful products.
What we are looking for
• A track record of designing and delivering production data or ML systems, with ownership extending beyond prototypes and architecture diagrams.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL. You should be comfortable investigating a dataset, reviewing modelling code and implementing critical parts of the solution yourself.
• Practical MLOps experience: reproducible pipelines, model and data versioning, testing, deployment, monitoring and the operational consequences of model updates.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern warehouses. Snowflake experience is particularly relevant; you should be able to reason about data access, performance, cost and deployment constraints.
• An understanding of model evaluation, calibration, data leakage, changing populations and the difference between model quality and system reliability.
• The ability to work through incomplete documentation and inconsistent business definitions, and turn findings into maintainable code and clear documentation.
• Strong client-facing communication in English. You can explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, constructively challenge a requirement and take responsibility for the resulting decision.
• Experience leading a small technical team while remaining actively involved in implementation.
Useful Additional Experience
• Credit-risk, lending or servicing analytics, including PD, LGD, ECL, prepayment or portfolio stress testing.
• Regulated financial-services delivery and model governance.
• Streamlit, Azure ML, semantic data layers or analytics applications built on Snowflake.
• Configurable ML products serving multiple portfolios or clients.
• Evaluated natural-language analytics, text-to-SQL or LLM-assisted workflows.
Current technical environment
Snowflake, SQL, Python, Streamlit and an Azure ML environment. The team also uses AI-assisted development tools. You will help evolve the architecture based on the product’s needs rather than introduce a predetermined stack.
What we would like to discuss
• A production ML or analytics system you personally helped build, including the architecture decisions and code you owned.
• How you would adapt a model and its calibration for a new portfolio while preserving reproducibility, access boundaries and validation.
• A time you challenged a business or technical assumption, proposed an alternative and delivered a better outcome.

Senior Product Manager, Lab
Fundraise Up
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About Fundraise Up
We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
About The Role
Most new bets don't fail. They just never get killed. You'll make sure every one ends in a decision.
Fundraise Up is investing in a Lab to explore new product lines and step-change growth opportunities. The Lab runs like a small startup inside the company, turning ambiguous opportunities into shipped pilots and clear investment decisions. As the Lab's first and only permanent owner, you'll personally drive discovery, experimentation and early delivery with Engineering and Design. You'll make explicit Scale, Iterate, Pivot or Kill calls based on evidence. This is a senior individual contributor role with real authority to pursue high-impact bets, and a clear expectation to kill bad ideas early.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the Lab portfolio. Build and run a single, visible, prioritised portfolio. Every bet has a clear hypothesis, expected upside, effort, dependencies, owner and next decision point.
• Set a repeatable prioritisation method. Weigh signals, confidence, upside, GTM dependency and effort so bets are chosen on evidence, not enthusiasm.
• Design experiments that can fail cleanly. Name the riskiest assumptions for each bet and set explicit kill criteria before you start. Deliver a 4–8 week experiment plan in your first months.
• Run fast and ship just enough. Use spikes, prototypes, Wizard of Oz tests and pilots to learn quickly without overbuilding. Instrument every pilot to capture meaningful signals.
• Make the call. Turn outcomes into crisp Scale, Iterate, Pivot or Kill decisions, with no zombie projects. Keep lightweight decision logs and learning summaries so leadership and GTM stay aligned.
• Secure the team per bet. Engineering and Design support is assigned on demand, so make it explicit for each top-priority initiative and set a working cadence.
• Get ahead of GTM. Coordination with GTM is usually the hardest part. Flag dependencies early (positioning, enablement, pricing, legal, support) and drive alignment across teams.
• Hand over winners cleanly. When the signal is strong, package what was validated, the evidence, remaining risks, success metrics and a recommended scaling plan.
• Work AI-native. At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to use AI actively in their day-to-day work, spot where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. In the Lab, that means using AI for research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis to move faster, while keeping judgement sharp.
Skills And Qualifications
• Senior PM experience in 0→1, incubation or new bets, or an equivalent track record
• Strong product judgement and technical fluency: you write specs and reason about feasibility, trade-offs, instrumentation and data needs
• A proven record of running fast, scrappy experiments and moving from ambiguity to decisions
• Comfort as the driver, with minimal delegation and maximum ownership
• Strong written communication: concise decision logs, learning summaries and alignment artifacts
• Practical use of AI as leverage for research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis
• Languages: Fluent Russian (required, as you’ll be working in a Russian-speaking team) and English at C1 level, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
• Launching early-stage products into market with measurable adoption or revenue signals
• Working closely with GTM teams on positioning, enablement and early go-to-market motion
You'll Thrive Here If You…
• Would rather kill a bet in week three than defend it in month six
• Structure your own specs, experiments and execution without waiting for someone else to
• Enjoy ambiguity and fast changes of direction more than stable roadmaps and long planning cycles
• Value clear thinking over looking busy
• Say the uncomfortable thing early, especially to GTM and leadership
• Get energy from real customers, real data and real constraints
• Ship the smallest thing that answers the question
• Want ownership, with the authority to match
Please note that final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Gross Total Compensation
€5.600—€6.500 EUR
Perks & Benefits
• 31 paid days off per year to use as you choose.
• Fully remote work.
• Generous home office stipend to set up a comfortable, productive workspace.
• Coworking reimbursement for days when you'd rather work alongside other people.
• Annual professional development stipend to support your growth.
• English learning programs to help you communicate with confidence across our global team.
• Telemedicine for you and your family.
• Mental health support with therapy sessions for you and your partner.
• Sports reimbursement to help you stay active and feel your best.
• Charitable giving program with company matching for your donations to registered non-profits.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law in the countries where we operate.

Forward-Deployed AI Architect
Neurons Lab
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Forward-Deployed AI Architect to lead the technical delivery of an AI-assisted operations platform for an enterprise client in travel disruption management.
The current phase covers three connected workflows:
• Processing and routing service requests
• Ranking and recommending hotels
• Closing cases with billing reconciliation and downstream system handoff
You will turn operational knowledge and existing software into a working, testable system with explicit human approvals and traceable decisions.
This is technical leadership, not architecture-only advice or task execution. You will work directly with operational experts, the client’s technology partners and our engineers, challenge assumptions constructively, and carry the technical solution from discovery through implementation and evaluation.
How you will work
You own the technical approach, engineering plan, implementation quality and evidence of readiness. You partner with the engagement Principal, who owns the integrated delivery plan, commercial scope and client commitments. You provide feasibility assessments before commitments are made and escalate unresolved dependencies or scope changes with options and their impact.
What you will own
• Establish an evidence-based technical baseline
• Inspect the code, infrastructure, APIs and operator workflows before estimating the build.
• Translate discovery into concise specifications with inputs, outputs, exclusions, acceptance tests and source references.
• Distinguish confirmed requirements from analyst recommendations and assumptions.
• Resolve contradictions with the appropriate owner. Do not implement them silently.
• Make integration work early
• Build and review critical components, guide engineers and prove a thin end-to-end path in the client’s test environment: receive a request, retrieve operational data, produce a recommendation, obtain approval and perform the agreed system handoff.
• Verify API access, write capabilities, event contracts and error paths. Do not treat documentation or isolated components as proof of readiness.
• Make rules and knowledge maintainable
• Design a clear separation between operational facts, business policies and software logic.
• Work with named business owners to define rule precedence, exceptions, validation and approval.
• Keep draft or inferred rules separate from approved rules.
• Support versioned updates without a software release, with historical replay, traceable approval and rollback.
• Use grounded reasoning and human escalation where rules do not resolve a case.
• Own engineering quality and evaluation
• Review and test code, including AI-generated code, against the agreed architecture.
• Establish automated CI checks, integration tests and representative operational cases.
• Track the exact application, rule and data versions evaluated.
• Implement decision logs, monitoring, access controls and failure recovery.
• Define test-readiness evidence and agree workflow-quality, latency and operating-cost measures with the team and client.
• Keep technical decisions and progress clear
• Maintain a concise architecture and decision record that shows what works, what remains and why.
• Raise blockers early with evidence, an owner, a decision needed and delivery impact.
• Propose simpler alternatives and update estimates when assumptions change.
• Demonstrate working increments, and clearly distinguish prototypes from integrated functionality.
• Leave the team with maintainable code, documentation and a practical handover.
What good looks like
• Before build commitments: a reviewed technical baseline, verified critical dependencies and explicit assumptions behind the estimate.
• During delivery: a working end-to-end increment, automated tests running in CI, and demonstrated progress against agreed acceptance cases.
• For rule changes: a named business approver, a versioned baseline and recorded replay results before promotion.
• At evaluation: reproducible results, decision traces and documented limitations that support the agreed Go/No-Go decision, not just a successful demo.
Specific targets will be agreed after the baseline is established. You will stay involved from the initial working sessions through delivery and evaluation.
What you bring
• Evidence of taking an applied AI or LLM-enabled workflow beyond a prototype into operational use.
• Strong hands-on software engineering, architecture, API integration and code-review skills.
• Experience turning incomplete or conflicting discovery material into implementable, testable specifications.
• Sound judgment about structured rules, retrieval, AI reasoning and human review, including their failure modes.
• Practical experience with evaluation datasets, regression testing, CI and production observability.
• Confidence to challenge assumptions, explain alternatives and escalate decisions constructively across business and engineering teams.
• Clear, concise communication and realistic estimation based on verified dependencies and available capacity.
Nice to have
• Experience in exception-heavy operations, business-rule systems, travel, hospitality or logistics
• Familiarity with AWS-based AI deployments
Logistics
The role includes an in-person working session in Milan. Please share your earliest start date, realistic weekly availability and ability to travel.

Описание вакансии
Head of HR | Physical AI | Limassol, Cyprus
Package: Competitive salary, plus discretionary performance bonus, ESOP and benefits
Location: Limassol, Cyprus, with regular travel to Munich, Germany
Relocation: This search is focused on HR leaders currently based in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for the move to Cyprus.
About our client
Our client is building a global leader in physical AI, anchored in Europe’s strongest robotics heritage. Founded by entrepreneurs with backgrounds in scaling digital products and advanced robotics, the team is bolstered by senior leadership from top-tier AI research labs and industrial tech companies.
Driven by a mission to create versatile and trustworthy embodied AI for physical labour, they fuse deep engineering mastery in AI and mechatronics with a rapid-execution culture. They are addressing the labour shortage by closing the gap to production-grade deployment. This means building the trusted alternative: robots that are safe, secure, and engineered to automotive standards of scale and durability.
Well capitalised and operating in semi-stealth, they are now assembling their core team, and hiring to the standard of the world’s leading technology organisations.
Your mission
Talent Acquisition
• Own end-to-end recruiting across all functions and seniority levels, with a focus on technical and specialist roles
• Design and implement a scalable, structured hiring process from intake to offer, including interview frameworks, scorecards and hiring manager enablement
• Set up and manage Personio as the central ATS and recruiting hub
• Source and manage relationships with external recruiters and headhunters
• Drive recruiting strategy in a stealth-mode environment, managing candidate experience and confidentiality across the pipeline
People and Culture
• Build and own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, development, offboarding
• Establish and maintain HR operations across both Germany and Cyprus, ensuring compliance with local labour law in each entity
• Own and develop Personio as the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and process consistency across both locations
• Define and implement HR policies, handbooks and documentation standards
• Partner with payroll providers in Germany and Cyprus, ensuring smooth monthly operations and compliance
• Lead GDPR compliance for all HR and candidate data, including assessment of tooling and data storage practices
• Support visa and relocation processes for international hires
• Define and maintain salary bands and compensation benchmarks in close alignment with management, ensuring compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive
Leadership and Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary HR partner to the founders and key stakeholders, including function leads in Munich and Cyprus
• Build and manage a small HR team as the company scales
• Define and own the HR roadmap, KPIs and reporting cadence for leadership visibility
• Lead internal communication on people topics, including team announcements, policy rollouts and culture initiatives
Your profile
Must-haves
• Top-tier technology pedigree: HR experience gained at a globally recognised technology leader, or at an internationally funded, top-tier AI, deep-tech or hardware company known for hiring world-class engineering talent
• 6+ years of experience in HR, with a mix of generalist People Operations and Talent Acquisition
• Proven experience building HR from scratch, ideally at a pre-seed, pre-product or early-stage company. This means creating the function yourself, not scaling or optimising an existing one, with concrete, named examples
• Hands-on experience with Personio or a comparable HRIS/ATS
• Comfortable being both strategic and deeply operational: this is not a team-of-many role yet
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance processes in an HR context
• Able to travel regularly and frequently between Cyprus and Germany
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
This role is not the right fit if your HR career has been built mainly in FX/CFD, iGaming or payments, in small to mid-sized SaaS or software businesses, or in organisations outside the top tier of international technology.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience working with international or EoR employment set-ups
• Background in robotics, deep tech or hardware-adjacent companies
• Experience managing payroll operations across multiple entities
Mindset
You are comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by building. You think in systems but move fast. You earn trust with founders and candidates alike. You do not wait for processes to exist: you create them.
Why join
• The team: work directly alongside founders with a proven track record of building unicorn-scale companies and defining global robotics standards
• Smart strategy: they operate as disciplined fast followers. Capital is timed to the deployment inflection point, avoiding early-mover dead ends to scale fast on proven foundations
• Resources: substantially internally funded and attracting top-tier investors, to avoid any capital constraints on the mission
• Historic opportunity: join at the dawn of a new industry comparable to the rise of the automobile, and help shape the European champion in this trillion-dollar market
Locations: two main locations, Munich, Germany and Limassol, Cyprus. This pan-European set-up represents the core ambition of building a European technology leader, with a great talent base and a strong corporate structure.
Recruiter: Donna Stephenson, Emerald Zebra, a specialist recruitment and executive search consultancy for FinTech, Tech, Financial Services and iGaming.
Our client is an equal opportunity employer. They celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all builders.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our passionate team.
The main purpose is to drive predictable, end-to-end Brand delivery through clear processes, transparent execution, realistic planning, and consistent ways of working across teams.
You will own Brand delivery, partner closely with Product Delivery on shared initiatives, and connect Brand’s work with wider operations functions, including legal and finance.
Your goal is to ensure reliable execution in managing and delivering projects.
Job Responsibilities
Delivery Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of Brand initiatives, managing plans, timelines, dependencies, and blockers to ensure work progresses predictably.
• Coordinate delivery across teams and functions, partnering closely with Product Delivery on shared initiatives and integrating Brand’s work into wider Operations processes, including Legal and Finance.
• Maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines across teams, ensuring plans and status updates remain accurate.
• Proactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, external blockers, and delivery risks to keep initiatives on track.
Capacity Planning & Operational Excellence
• Design and implement a capacity planning framework tailored to Brand’s operating model, balancing strategic initiatives, business-as-usual activities, and support for other teams.
• Establish a consistent approach to estimating, decomposing, and prioritizing work, ensuring delivery plans and commitments are realistic and aligned with available capacity.
• Own and continuously improve Brand delivery processes, tools, and workflows to ensure they are clear, practical, scalable, and consistently applied.
• Define and maintain delivery metrics, ensure data quality, and use insights to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and strengthen delivery predictability.
Delivery Standards & Team Enablement
• Establish clear delivery standards and drive their consistent application across Brand through Team Leads.
• Support Team Leads as they progressively take greater ownership of delivery within their teams, providing guidance and reinforcing effective planning, execution, and reporting practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices across Brand, ensuring teams have the processes, tools, and support needed to deliver effectively and reliably.
You’ll thrive here if you have
• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management or Program Management, in tech and/or cross-functional environments.
• Experience running delivery hands-on as a producer, not only through other people.
• Experience building a capacity planning approach where none existed, for a team with a mixed workload.
• Proven experience coordinating work across multiple teams, stakeholders and functions.
• Strong skills in planning, dependency management, risk management and delivery predictability.
• Enough understanding of software delivery, the development lifecycle and delivery metrics to partner credibly with Product. Experience of brand, marketing or creative delivery is a strong advantage.
• Ability to drive process improvements and encourage transparency within teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and proactively identify gaps.
• Readiness to deeply understand the business, product and technical context.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar tools.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English. Russian is a plus.

• Identify and describe architectural problems from a technical debt perspective and create proposals for improvement, taking into account existing risks and development prospects. Contribute to technical discussions through code reviews and focused proofs of concept when they help validate architectural decisions.

Senior Product Manager, AI Platform & Ecosystem
Wrike
📍 Cyprus
🏢 2300 Product
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
• Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
• Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
• Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
• Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
• Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
• Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
• Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
• Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
• A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
• GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
• A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
• Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
• Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
• Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
• Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
• 5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
• Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
• Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
• Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
• You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
• You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
• The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.
What’s Next?
• Introduction Call with a Recruiter
• Conversation with the AI Product Director
• Interview with Product and Engineering, Architecture representatives
• Final interview with CPO and HRBP
Benefits & Perks:
• 5 Weeks of paid vacation
• Sick Leave Compensation
• 5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days
• 2 weeks fully paid w/ medical certificate, additional
• 4 weeks paid at 80% salary rate
• Parental Leave (fully paid): 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
• 2 Volunteer Days
• Meal Vouchers (CZK 220 per working day)
• Annual Prague Travel Card (Lítačka)
• Benefit budget with flexible options, including a MultiSport card, Canadian Medical membership, contributions to a pension savings plan and additional choices available through Benefit Plus
