Задачи:
• Вести end2end задачи по анализу и оптимизации бизнес-процессов, проактивный поиск зон роста
• Собирать, формализовать и приоритизировать бизнес требования, ставить задачи в разработку и сопровождать до внедрения
• Участвовать в настройке и развитии бизнес-процессов в продуктах и внутренних системах
• Развивать и поддерживать аналитическую отчетность (по мере необходимости), курс в автоматизацию

Требования:
• Опыт End2end процессного анализа и оптимизации
• Уверенная работа с инструментами анализа и моделирования (BPMN/UML)
• Продвинутая работа с данными (excel/google sheets, SQL на уровне выборок и джойнов)
• Понимание принципов построения аналитической отчетности и метрик (KPI, SLA, etc)
• Навыки структурирования и визуализации информации

Программы:
Youtrack (иной аналог task tracking), Confluence, Notion, Excel, Miro, Draw.io, Visio, Power BI, Tableau
