Responsibilities

• Perform manual smoke, feature, and regression testing

QA Engineer works inside a Scrum team, partnering daily with developers and analysts, and keeping full focus on the quality of every product increment and on sprint goals. The core mission is to maintain and extend the automated test suite while stabilising the test environment for effective teamwork. What you'll actually do

• During refinement and sprint‑planning meetings, define scope, test approach, and acceptance criteria ahead of development, ensuring estimates include both manual and automated work.
• Prepare and configure test environments (data, mocks, feature flags) and then execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests; log actionable defects with clear steps to reproduce.
• Design, implement, and maintain UI, API, e2e, and integration tests in the shared framework, adhering to test‑design techniques (equivalence classes, boundary values).
• Maintaining effective test suites.
• Act as an active contributor to the automation framework: add new modules (reporting plug‑ins, service mocks), refactor legacy code for scalability, review flaky tests, and drive improvements in stability and coverage, ensuring the framework remains reliable, efficient, and valuable for the whole team.
• Integrate automated checks into GitLab CI; monitor pipelines, analyse failures quickly, and collaborate with DevOps to keep feedback loops short.
• Participate in production deployments; trigger and monitor post‑deploy acceptance tests on production, confirm key user journeys with real data, and give go/no‑go feedback to stakeholders.
• Provide a daily status that separates manual and automated results, highlights blockers and risks, and suggests preventive actions.
• Work closely with developers, DevOps, designers, and product owners throughout the sprint to maintain a shared understanding of quality goals.
• Share test findings in grooming and demo sessions.
• Mentors team members in quality engineering.
• Establish and maintain quality standards across all stages of the SDLC.
• Support testing of larger, cross-team features and lead integration testing when needed.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• ISTQB Foundation or similar certificates are a plus.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in backend and frontend application testing.
• Strong knowledge of the testing process, methodologies, approaches, and test design techniques (e.g., boundary values, equivalence classes).
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of REST API and web services technologies.
• Experience in automation with Python (Pytest, Playwright) or related technologies.
• Experience with Allure and CI systems such as GitLab.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience testing cryptocurrency products is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Installation Technician to join our Internal Security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying state-of-the-art Hikvision security systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and technical excellence for the Company.

What you'll actually do

• Physical installation of IP and analog CCTV cameras, including mounting brackets and secure positioning.
• Laying and managing cable infrastructure (UTP, coaxial, and power cabling).

Day in the Life of a User Acquisition Manager

In this role you will have the opportunity to own the full cycle of traffic acquisition from launch and analysis to optimisation and growth. Along the way you’ll test new features, creatives and betas of ad networks, as well as working closely with our data engineers, analysts and developers to lead the way on statistical analysis of A/B testing.

We are looking for a product-minded, highly technical Engineering Manager / Technical Lead to establish and scale our dedicated Player Care engineering function.

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle — an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players. We're constantly developing new game mechanics, and the project is continuing to grow.

At the heart of our Player Care department, our mission is to excite our players with exceptional customer care, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and protected throughout their journey with us.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Player Care with no engineering middle management above you, making you the final, independent architectural authority and strategic partner for our technology ecosystem. You will balance the tactical system-design expertise of an infrastructure architect with the execution, hiring, and people-management drive of a founding team builder. In practice this is a player-coach position: expect roughly half of your time hands-on — architecture, system design, code review, prototyping — and half hiring, running, and growing a deliberately small engineering pod.

What you'll do• Strategic Audit & Technology Roadmap: Partner with the Head of Player Care to review and challenge the existing technological strategy, and build a technology roadmap based on the outcomes.

• De-risk and Scale the Engineering Pod: Inherit current development resources, eliminate any SPOF vulnerabilities, and execute a metrics-driven hiring plan to build out a lean, high-throughput automation and backend engineering team.
• Insulate Global Support Teams: Build the backend triage pipelines and AI-driven deflection mechanisms to automate issue resolution.
• Internalize Massive Data Streams: Lead the zero-to-one design and implementation of an internal, high-throughput chat moderation and inference pipeline — owning the build-vs-buy case against our current moderation vendor, and, if building, delivering self-hosted models that classify messages across multiple languages and violation categories at a unit cost that beats the vendor bill.
• Drive Operational Breakthroughs: Build systems to strangler-fig eliminate raw SQL investigation bottlenecks, automate fraud detection and sanctioning by systemically modernizing workflows, and introduce automated diagnostics driving agent efficiency.
• Technological Risk Management: Scan and mitigate regulatory risks related to technology used within Player Care; ensure all systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations at scale.

What you have• Proven Technical Leadership: You have a rock-solid backend engineering background and have spent several years managing, hiring, and building engineering teams from a small base (1 to N).

• Stream Processing Fluency: Hands-on experience designing and operating high-throughput, event-driven architectures and message-queuing layers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Redis streams, or equivalent asynchronous frameworks).
• Practical Execution: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining large-scale, high-availability services.
• Solo Flight Technical Judgment: You possess deep system design capabilities and are entirely comfortable acting as the ultimate technical backstop without a CTO or engineering peer to validate your decisions — and you communicate and defend those decisions transparently and openly with the rest of the team.
• Pragmatic, Cost-Aware Execution: Strong "Build vs. Buy" decision-making skills. You prioritize shipping tangible business value and infrastructure optimization over writing "perfect" code for the sake of technical elegance.
• Full-Cycle People Management: Deep familiarity with human performance loops, including a proven track record of managing technical hiring pipelines, running code reviews, conducting performance reviews, and executing terminations or PIPs when necessary.
• Objective Safety Mindset: You view player safety and content moderation as a strict, data-driven operational requirement governed by platform metrics, studio policy, and regional compliance standards.

Nice-to-haves• MMO / 4X Strategy Domain Knowledge: Background working within a mobile gaming studio operating large-scale live-ops, complex economy tracking, or high-velocity player chat communities.

• Production ML Delivery & Inference Economics: You've shipped or directly owned ML-backed production systems (text classification, moderation, or anti-fraud). You can hire and manage ML engineers who deliver working systems rather than research artifacts, and you reason in inference economics: request volume × unit cost, lightweight classifiers vs. heavyweight LLM calls. You don't need to be an ML researcher — you need to know what production ML costs to build, run, and keep accurate.
• Moderation / Anti-Fraud Platform Background: You've built or run high-volume text moderation or anti-fraud systems at a UGC-heavy product (social network, marketplace) or in banking/fintech.
• Vendor management: Direct experience onboarding/off-boarding and managing 3rd-party technology solutions.
• Direct Business Partnership: Prior experience reporting directly to a non-technical operational or business stakeholder without engineering managers acting as translators.

About the position

We are looking for a UI/UX designer who focuses not only on how the interface looks, but how it’s actually used. Someone who can take on large features end-to-end — from early UX concepts to final UI — staying true to the project’s overall style and working closely with the team throughout.

You will join a cross-functional team of 25+ professionals focused on developing gameplay and monetization for mid- and high-level players.

What you will be doing

• Improving and creating UX/UI solutions for the game.
• Designing interfaces based on documentation.
• Developing user flows, navigation logic, and interaction patterns.
• Creating wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and UX concepts for new features.
• Conducting basic UX research: analyzing player behavior, identifying pain points, and proposing improvements.

About the Role:

Wrike is opening a new talent track for builders- senior engineers who take a feature from a rough idea to a production system on their own, and who use AI as a genuine multiplier rather than a buzzword. This isn’t a backfill for an existing seat. It’s a newly created role for someone who already operates autonomously and wants to keep doing that inside a company with real scale, real users, and daily production deployments. You take a high-level idea, figure out what actually needs to be built by talking to the right people, and ship it end-to-end: backend logic, frontend touches where needed, automated and manual testing, infra, and the dozen adjacent things a real feature needs. You read the existing codebase with judgment- reusing what’s solid, rebuilding what isn’t, and refusing to leave tech debt for the next person.

AI is not optional here. You’re expected to work AI-native: using it daily to move faster, and knowing when to push back when it suggests something that doesn’t hold up. If you’ve written your own automation, scripts, or internal tooling to remove friction from your own workflow, that’s exactly the instinct we’re hiring for.

Your Impact:

• Take ambiguous, high-level product ideas and turn them into a concrete technical plan- by asking the right people the right questions, not waiting for a fully written spec
• Designed, built, and shipped end-to-end features across the full stack- including a Java/Spring backend, REST APIs, data layer, testing, infrastructure touches, and rollout- while utilizing modern frontend technologies like TypeScript, React 19, Microfrontends, and Module Federation, alongside legacy Dart components.

Your Qualifications:

• Strong full-stack engineering experience, with deep comfort in Java (21), Spring, REST APIs, and SQL, TypeScript, React 19

• Experience navigating and improving an existing, non-trivial codebase- this isn’t a greenfield role

About the Role:

Wrike is building a new generation of engineers who pair solid Java fundamentals with genuine, hands-on AI fluency. This isn’t a fixed lane for a 10-year veteran. It’s a newly created talent track for someone who already builds with AI as a natural part of their job- and wants to grow into full end-to-end ownership over the next year or two, with a clear, supported path to do so.
We evaluate this role on what you’ve actually built and how you work, not on years of tenure. If you have a strong Java base and real curiosity about AI-assisted development- not just awareness of it- this is worth a conversation.

You’ll sit inside one of our cross-functional Scrum teams and work on real product features from day one- not isolated tickets handed down with every decision pre-made. You’ll get more ownership as you demonstrate it: starting with clearly-scoped backend work and growing toward the kind of end-to-end, full-stack ownership our senior builders have.
AI tools are not optional here. You’re expected to work AI-native from day one: using them daily as part of your toolkit, experimenting, and deliberately getting better at AI-assisted development to remove friction from your workflow.

Your Impact:

• Build and ship backend features in Java/Spring, with growing exposure to the full stack as you take on more scope across modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, React 19) and legacy components
• Work directly with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude/Codex, our internal AI portal, and MCP) as a daily part of how you build- experimenting and finding new ways to save real time
• Write automated tests, take part in code reviews, and contribute to task estimation and technical planning

About the Role:

Wrike’s Security team is the frontline defense ensuring the integrity and credibility of the data stored within our platform. In this senior position, you will own and evolve the security posture for Wrike’s production, Kubernetes, and GCP environments. You aren't just maintaining systems; you are architecting a "secure by default" infrastructure that allows our engineering and other teams to move fast without compromising safety.

Your Impact:

Own Infrastructure Security: Design, implement, and improve security controls- including hardening, network segmentation, IAM, and endpoint security - across our entire fleet.

Strategic Defense: Lead the technical direction for cyber security defense, covering enterprise posture management, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
