Описание вакансии

At Exness, we are not just a leading trading broker—we’ve reimagined what it takes to be a leader. With 40M+ trades a day and 2,000+ people across 13 countries, we combine scale, care, and real tech to make trading better for 1M+ clients worldwide.

Recognised globally as a Best Place to Work, we’re a people-first company where long-term wins always matter more. As part of our team, you will shape the future of fintech with real technology, care, and purpose.

Why this role matters

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be a part of the AML team. The team is responsible for client verification and screening against global databases of high-risk individuals - including those linked to terrorism, sanctions lists, and politically exposed persons (PEPs).

We develop compliance services that aggregate user-submitted data and match it against external data providers.

The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do

• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test suites to verify correctness of the AML verification service and its integrations with external data providers.
• Own the testing process end-to-end: from test strategy to execution and reporting using Pytest and Allure.
• Collaborate with the team on designing and implementing data quality checks, reconciliation processes, monitoring, and alerting.
• Work with message queues (Kafka) and databases (SQL) as core parts of the service infrastructure.
• Investigate data quality issues and work alongside engineers and the analyst to resolve them.
• Contribute to defining best practices for quality assurance within the team.
• Analyze and test new features before kick-off meetings; participate in user acceptance testing.
• Propose improvements to tooling, test architecture, and automation processes — we are open to evolving beyond the current Python setup.
• Gradually engage with Go codebase to better understand the service internals and potentially contribute to Go-based test tooling.

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years of proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong Python skills for test automation (pytest).
• Experience with Allure for test reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar message queue systems.
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with Docker and GitLab CI for running and managing test pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in data validation.
• Result-driven orientation — ability to prioritize, take initiative, and own the testing process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What we offer along the way

• Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
• Full relocation support for you and your family — flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance included
• Top-tier health insurance with full family coverage — medical, dental, vision, mental health — plus life insurance for peace of mind
• Unlimited learning opportunities: external courses, English lessons, career and leadership development
• Education allowance covering school and kindergarten fees
• 21 working days of annual leave, plus public holidays and fully paid sick, maternity, and paternity leave
• Employee appreciation program: branded gifts, birthday day-offs, celebration budgets for weddings, newborns, and milestones
• “Get to know Team” trips — meet colleagues across our global hubs, along with company-wide offsites that raise the bar
• Employee share scheme — grow with us
• Branded MINI Cooper Countryman company car and private parking
• Free in-house sports clubs, Sanctum Club gym access, and jet skis
• Access to a Corporate doctor
• Exclusive discount program with cafes, gyms, and local services
• Expat tax perks: up to 50% income tax exemption
• Support with the naturalisation process for relocated employees

At Exness, we know that changing jobs - and changing countries - is a big step. That’s why relocation with Exness is different. We make it smooth, supported, and truly life-changing.

What your journey looks like

• Intro call with Recruiter (30 minutes)
• English check (if needed)
• Tech interview (90 minutes)

Описание вакансии

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.

Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle — an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players. We're constantly developing new game mechanics, and the project is continuing to grow.

Our game project has a code base of ~300k SLOC and consists of multiple services running in several hundred instances. The game services are a sharded system for horizontal scaling.

Our team is looking for both Middle and Senior specialists with confident knowledge of C++ and design principles to work on creating new game features for a large-scale multiplayer project with long-term gameplay.

Our team's objective and the challenge they face is to create an outstanding technical design that ensures quality, flexibility, and simplicity in the development of in-game features.

Tasks:

• Design and implement solutions for new game mechanics — based on documentation from game designers, create a technical design and implement it.
• Prepare RFC documents describing your approach and discuss them with the team before implementation.
• Deliver your solution to production and ensure it runs smoothly by monitoring its behavior after deployment.
• Refactor and optimize existing functionality to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Perform code reviews for other team members and follow team coding guidelines and best practices.
• Create functional prototypes to validate ideas and mechanics when necessary.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for implemented features and decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to stay aligned on priorities and progress.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and initiative.
• 3+ years of experience developing in C++ in a product-oriented company
• At least 2 years of backend development experience (not necessarily in C++)
• Solid knowledge of software design principles and ability to apply them in practice.
• Ability to analyze and decompose complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps.
• Practical experience with network and multithreaded programming
• Practical experience with relational databases
• Proficiency in Linux environments for development and debugging.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Python for developing tools and automation.

The following would also be to your advantage:

• Having samples of code that you can show us.
• Knowledge of other high-level programming languages (for general awareness).
• Practical experience applying Domain-Driven Design in real-world projects
• Hands-on experience building applications using Akka.NET, Microsoft Orleans, or similar actor-based frameworks

We use:

• C++20, Clang, and CMake.
• Boost — only for the library, not for game code.
• PostgreSQL.
• GitLab, TeamCity, Ansible.
• SonarQube, Clang-Tidy, Clang-Format.
• Onboarding, coding conventions.
• Python for utilities.
• Linux.

Our technical developments:

• A library/framework of ready-made solutions for creating game features.
• ORM — allows us not to have to write code for saving to the DB.
• A code generator for a binary RPC protocol and ORM.
• A pub/sub event system for game clients.
• Telemetry that allows for real-time product status tracking (through Grafana).
• An expression interpreter for flexibility in game configuration.
• HotReload environment, with everyday game updates.
• Sync and Async network designs.
• Internal Event System.
• Internal persistent and transactional message system.
• R-tree based world map.

What we offer and our benefits:

• A team of professionals with a passion for gamedev and a drive to make Total Battle the #1 strategy MMO game.
• An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
• Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).
• A modern, sunny office close to the sea.
• Private health insurance for you and your family members.
• A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children.
• Lunch compensation.

AI-Enabled SW Engineer - Talent Pool

Wrike

📍 Cyprus
🏢 2100 Backend
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Remote for Cyprus

Описание вакансии

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.

Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:

Wrike is building a new generation of engineers who pair solid Java fundamentals with genuine, hands-on AI fluency. This isn’t a fixed lane for a 10-year veteran. It’s a newly created talent track for someone who already builds with AI as a natural part of their job- and wants to grow into full end-to-end ownership over the next year or two, with a clear, supported path to do so.
We evaluate this role on what you’ve actually built and how you work, not on years of tenure. If you have a strong Java base and real curiosity about AI-assisted development- not just awareness of it- this is worth a conversation.

You’ll sit inside one of our cross-functional Scrum teams and work on real product features from day one- not isolated tickets handed down with every decision pre-made. You’ll get more ownership as you demonstrate it: starting with clearly-scoped backend work and growing toward the kind of end-to-end, full-stack ownership our senior builders have.
AI tools are not optional here. You’re expected to work AI-native from day one: using them daily as part of your toolkit, experimenting, and deliberately getting better at AI-assisted development to remove friction from your workflow.

Your Impact:

• Build and ship backend features in Java/Spring, with growing exposure to the full stack as you take on more scope across modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, React 19) and legacy components
• Work directly with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude/Codex, our internal AI portal, and MCP) as a daily part of how you build- experimenting and finding new ways to save real time
• Write automated tests, take part in code reviews, and contribute to task estimation and technical planning
• Navigate an existing, living codebase- learning what to reuse, where rebuilding makes sense, and how to hold the line against tech debt
• Take increasing ownership of features as you build trust- this is a growth track designed to transition you into a full end-to-end owner
• Work closely with senior engineers and teams, picking up the critical thinking and judgment calls that come with full system ownership

Your Qualifications:

• A solid foundation in backend engineering, with comfort in Java (21), Spring, REST APIs, and SQL, TypeScript, React 19
• Genuine curiosity about and active use of AI coding tools- not avoidance, not just “awareness,” but a desire to push past the learning curve
• Evidence of things you’ve actually built and shipped, even at a smaller scope- we care more about what you’ve done than your title or years of experience
• A growth mindset: comfortable navigating a non-trivial codebase and taking on more ambiguity as you prove you can handle it
• Good collaboration instincts- you ask questions, raise issues early, and work seamlessly within a cross-functional team

Our Stack:

• Java (21), Spring, REST APIs, SQL
• TypeScript, React 19, Redux, Dart
• PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
• Unit/integration testing, Java web stack
• AI tooling: Cursor, Claude/Codex, Zencoder, internal AI portal, internal MCP

Benefits & Perks:

• 5 Weeks of paid vacation
• Sick Leave Compensation
• 5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days
• 2 weeks fully paid w/ medical certificate, additional
• 4 weeks paid at 80% salary rate
• Parental Leave (fully paid): 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
• 2 Volunteer Days
• Meal Vouchers (CZK 220 per working day)
• Annual Prague Travel Card (Lítačka)
• Hybrid Working Model
• Benefit budget with flexible options, including a MultiSport card, Canadian Medical membership, contributions to a pension savings plan and additional choices available through Benefit Plus

Wrike is looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to join our Partnerships team. In this mid-level role, you will be the operational engine powering our partner ecosystem. You will own the day-to-day execution of partner onboarding, communications, and system maintenance, while actively identifying opportunities to scale our operations.

This is not just a traditional operations role—you will act as a change agent, leveraging modern AI tooling (like Gemini and ChatGPT) and Collaborative Work Management (CWM) platforms to automate manual tasks, build process efficiencies, and optimize our partner vendor management.

Shift timings - 3:00pm - 11:00pm IST

Your Impact:

• Operational Execution: Own the end-to-end partner onboarding lifecycle, managing data collection (legal, billing, tax IDs), SFDC record creation, and Wrike onboarding workflows.
• Process Efficiency & AI Innovation: Actively identify automation potential across our operations; design and deploy AI agents/workflows to streamline tracking, data validation, and reporting.
• Partner Vendor Management: Review and process partner applications in PartnerStack, maintain lead forms, manage manual commissions, and validate partner-submitted lead registrations.
• Change Management: Drive internal process efficiency by developing clear internal documentation, creating process guides, and helping teams adapt to optimized operational workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams—including Legal, Billing, Sales, Partner Managers, and CSMs—to unblock onboarding bottlenecks and clarify system requirements.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain CRM data health across Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Wrike, building out cohesive reports to provide a clear picture of partner performance.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Sales Operations, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry.
• AI & Automation Savvy: Hands-on experience building custom AI agents or workflows using LLMs such as Gemini or ChatGPT to automate operational tasks.
• Systems Expertise: Proficient with Salesforce (SFDC) and partner management platforms (experience with PartnerStack is a major plus).
• CWM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Collaborative Work Management (CWM) tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com) to manage projects and track tasks.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with disparate data sources to maintain data integrity and generate actionable operational reports.

Standout Qualities:

• Change Agent Mindset: You don't just follow a process; you look for ways to make it 10x faster and smoother through change management and technology.
• Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong internal relationships and alignment across cross-functional departments.
• Detail-Oriented Optimizer: You spot data gaps and process bottlenecks quickly and enjoy creating the documentation or automation needed to fix them.

Team Dynamics:

You will join a fast-paced, highly collaborative Partnerships team. We believe in autonomy, continuous learning, and pushing the boundaries of how AI can make work more human. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams, serving as the central operational hub that connects our internal teams to our external partner network.

Our Work Style:

At Wrike, we practice what we preach. We live in our own platform to collaborate transparently, minimize messy email threads, and keep execution focused. We value execution, open communication, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Benefits & Perks:

• 18 calendar days of paid vacation
• 12 days of National & Festival holidays (10 fixed, 2 flexible)
• Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
