We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our AI Platform team, which builds and operates the generative AI pipelines powering our products, many of which involve financial and trading data, terminology, and specifications. You'll join a small high-impact team where you'll have real ownership from day one.
You'll work across our broader AI-platform portfolio: prompting and prompt evaluation, agentic systems, MCP tooling, and evaluation pipelines: writing backend Python on top of LLM providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI. This is an applied engineering role focused on shipping and maintaining production LLM systems.
This role is hybrid, based in our Limassol office.
Tasks
• Design, build, and maintain LLM-powered features and pipelines for our generative AI products, including those handling financial and trading content
• Develop and improve agentic systems and multi-agent workflows, including integrations using MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers/tooling
• Write production-grade backend Python services on top of LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI) and/or on-premise LLMs

Your mission
Talent Acquisition
• Own end-to-end recruiting across all functions and seniority levels, with a focus on technical and specialist roles
• Design and implement a scalable, structured hiring process from intake to offer — including interview frameworks, scorecards, and hiring manager enablement

Your profile
Must-haves

About the Role:
You'll join our international Product Design team and take ownership of one of our product missions, backed by a whole community of UX professionals. The job needs real interaction and interface design craft, plus a strategic head for balancing what customers need against what the business needs. And increasingly, it means treating AI as a working partner in your process, not just something you ask for ideas. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, writers, and customer success along the way.
Your Impact:
• Shape product design strategy. You're the one connecting what the business needs, what customers need, and what's technically possible.
• Design and build alongside other designers, PMs, and engineers. Using AI end to end. From digging through research to prototyping to iterating, not just for a first-draft idea dump.

• Talk to customers and partners directly to check whether your designs actually hold up.

Team Dynamics:
Wrike product design team consists of 15+ full-stack product designers, 3 UX researchers, 2 content designers, a Design System Architect, 2 UX Architects, 3 Design Managers and a Head of Product Design. The team is distributed among different locations with 2 main hubs located in Prague and Cyprus. All these professionals are inspired by each other, the broader organisation and by our customers.
