About Your Role
We are looking for a Game Designer to join our RnD Playable Ads team.
The team is intentionally small: one developer and one Game Designer working closely together with minimal bureaucracy. The goal is simple - move fast, test hypotheses, learn from the results, and turn successful ideas into a repeatable playbook for Playables.
This is a hands-on role. You will not just write concepts or requirements, you will build prototypes, configure Playables, study the market, iterate on ideas, and take ownership of the results.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating Playables end-to-end, from the initial concept to a working and tested prototype
• Studying large volumes of competitors’ creatives and identifying the mechanics, visual patterns, and gameplay hooks that actually attract users
• Extracting gameplay motivations from video creatives and turning them into fast, engaging mini-games with repetitive and satisfying visual progression
• Rapidly testing and iterating on gameplay hypotheses, using results to decide what to improve, change, or discard
• Building and continuously developing your own “cookbook” - a structured database of successful creative + playable combinations and the patterns behind them

About The AI Platform Team
You'll join the AI Platform team inside our Engineering department. Requirements
• Senior, hands-on engineer with a strong full-stack background — 7+ years shipping in a product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for building services and integrations, with working knowledge of relational and document databases.
• Deep, hands-on fluency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) — how they work internally, not just how to use them — and with the end-to-end AI-assisted development workflow.
• Track record of taking internal integrations from prototype to production independently — design, authn/authz, deployment, security review, CI/CD.
• Experience building integrations against third-party APIs and agent-tooling protocols (e.g., MCP).
• Working knowledge of GenAI building blocks: LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration, agentic flows, and AI/tooling security.
• Strong teaching, facilitation, and technical-writing skills — able to explain complex topics to engineers at different levels and produce guides, workshops, and walkthroughs.
• Cross-functional operating skill — comfortable influencing without authority and coordinating with IT, DevOps, security, and GTM.
• Ability to structure ambiguous, open-ended problems autonomously and drive them to completion, distilling many inputs (1:1s, feedback, surveys) into prioritized action.

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (Node.js+Vue.js) for a project modernizing a cloud-based business platform and delivering scalable solutions for contract and vendor management.

The project is focused on migrating customers to a modern cloud-based contract and vendor management platform. It includes platform implementation, configuration, data migration, and ongoing enhancements to streamline contract, vendor, and compliance management for public sector and municipal organizations.
Responsibilities
- Designing RESTful APIs in Node.js for multi-role user flows (Vendors, Approvers, FMS) and build authorization logic for the Admin Impersonation feature.
- Implementing invoice lifecycle management (status flows, entry duplication, manual entry), API triggers for drag-and-drop CSV imports, and automated generation of Billing Export CSV files.
- Developing APIs for budget item calculations, plan versioning, note updates, and automated spend-versus-budget tracking with FMS notifications.
- Building calculation engines and automated background checks (daily, monthly, annually) for document expiration tracking, sanctions screening, and blocking invoice approvals for non-compliant vendors.
- Integrating SendGrid for transactional emails, SMS notifications for approval alerts, and external E-Signature services.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build a custom CRM and secure client-facing investment portfolio platform for a real-estate investment company.
The platform will have two connected environments:
• Internal CRM - used by our sales, operations and management teams to manage leads, clients, properties, transactions, documents and ongoing client relationships.
• Client Portal - a secure web application where clients can log in and view their real-estate portfolio, properties, documents, financial information, updates and other relevant investment data.

Responsibilities
