R&D Engineer, Embedded Linux & Networking
MVRK Systems
📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Our appliance has four network routes and one job: get every frame to the post house, verified, whatever the location throws at it. We need an engineer to make that real on hardware.
Based in Cyprus, or EU/EEA citizen able to relocate to Limassol. We can't sponsor work permits for this role.
About MVRK Systems
MVRK Systems is an engineering company in Limassol, Cyprus, building verified-custody tools for film and broadcast. DailiesDrop, our edge appliance, offloads camera cards on set, writes two verified copies and delivers the original camera files to the post house over Ethernet, cellular and satellite at the same time. ShuttleCheck, our conformance software, checks every file when it lands. We are showing DailiesDrop at ISE 2027 in Barcelona this February. What we believe: the right system doesn't replace your team. It makes five people move like twenty.
The role
Twelve months from now you will have taken our transport scheduler from a tested reference implementation to field-proven on real units, built the Linux image that ships on every DailiesDrop, and helped carry the product through CE marking and the EU Cyber Resilience Act. You will work directly with the founder and our data specialist, with your hands on the hardware.
What you'll do
Build and maintain the appliance OS: a Debian-based image with signed updates, secure boot and device identity held in a secure element.
Implement and measure multi-route transport across Ethernet, two cellular modems and satellite: chunked, encrypted, with failover.
Find the real limits of card offload and dual writes on NVMe and USB4, and prove the numbers on the bench.
Integrate 5G modems, card readers and status LEDs, and write the services that tie them together.
Contribute to the scheduler and the custody ledger with the rest of the R&D team.
Produce what certification needs: SBOM, vulnerability handling process and test evidence.
What you'll need
3+ years building software that runs in production on Linux devices or servers (embedded, networking or infrastructure).
Professional experience in at least one of Rust, Go, C or C++, and comfortable in Python.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, NAT traversal and TLS.
Experience profiling disk or network throughput and fixing what you found.
Mandatory: fluent written and spoken English. All work, documentation and customer contact is in English.
Able to work from our Limassol bench at least three days a week.
Nice to have
Cellular modems in Linux (ModemManager, QMI or MBIM, AT commands).
Multipath transport (MPTCP, QUIC) or bonded links.
Image building (Debian, Yocto or Buildroot), secure boot, TPM or secure elements.
Media workflows, camera formats or checksum tooling (xxHash, SHA-256, ASC MHL).
EU compliance work for connected products (RED, EN 18031, Cyber Resilience Act).
Pay
• Highly competitive salary, depending on experience. Hardware, test equipment and travel to shows are paid by MVRK.

R&D Engineer, Embedded Linux & Networking
MVRK Systems
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified

Solution Architect (Payments)
Exness
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 On-site
Описание вакансии
At Exness, we are not just a leading trading broker—we’ve reimagined what it takes to be a leader. With 2,000+ people across 13 countries, we combine scale, care, and real tech to make trading better for over a million clients globally.
Recognised globally as a Best Place to Work, we’re a people-first company where long-term wins always matter more. As part of our team, you will shape the future of fintech with real technology, care, and purpose.
Why this role matters
Our Payments department processes millions of transactions per day across hundreds of payment methods, including crypto. We also use AI and ML in our payment systems, for example [fraud detection, smart payment routing, risk scoring]. We're looking for a hands-on architect who will own the architecture of the payments domain: from designing the target state to writing the first lines of code in a proof of concept. You won't just draw diagrams - you'll build things too. You'll work side by side with nine engineering teams, review their code and designs, and make sure our systems stay reliable, scalable, and easy to change as we grow.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
• Own the target architecture of the Payments domain, aligned with company strategy and the company-wide architecture.
• Drive the technical roadmap for the domain: find gaps, prioritise improvements, and split large projects into clear delivery stages.
• Build and review: create proofs of concept, test new technologies, and review code and designs.
• Design solutions for areas: crypto payments, KYC flows, and AI/ML-based features, from idea to production.
• Work with the business from day one: help product teams and stakeholders turn business needs into solid technical solutions.
• Manage architectural tech debt: make it visible, explain the risks, and agree on a plan with the teams.
• Contribute to company-wide technology decisions together with architects from other tribes: shared standards, technology choices, and technology lifecycle.
• Raise the engineering level: mentor engineers in system design, run design reviews, and introduce practices such as RFCs and ADRs.
Who We’re Looking For
• 8+ years in software engineering, including 2–3+ years designing systems as an architect, tech lead, or head of development.
• You've written production code in the last 2 years and still enjoy it.
• Strong skills in Python or Go, and the ability to read and review code in the other.
• Experience with high-load, low-latency, high-availability distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with our core stack: PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, REST/gRPC, Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of distributed systems patterns: idempotency, sagas, outbox, consistency trade-offs, resilience patterns.
• Practical knowledge of security for financial systems: encryption, tokenisation, secrets management, and familiarity with PCI DSS.
• Ability to explain complex trade-offs clearly, both in writing (RFCs, ADRs, C4 diagrams) and to non-technical people.
• Ability to influence teams without formal authority.
• Fluent English: you'll write design documents and communicate with stakeholders.
Nice to have
• Experience integrating ML models into production systems (model serving, feature stores, real-time scoring).
• Experience with KYC processes and integrations with KYC providers (identity verification, document checks, onboarding flows).
• Experience building payment systems: PSP/acquirer integrations, card schemes, ledgers, reconciliation.
• Experience with AML: transaction monitoring, sanctions screening.
• Experience with crypto payments or blockchain integrations (wallets, on/off-ramp, custody).
• Experience with trading or broker systems.
• Experience with Temporal, Clickhouse
What We Offer Along The Way
• Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
• Full relocation support for you and your family — flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance included
• Top-tier health insurance with full family coverage — medical, dental, vision, mental health — plus life insurance for peace of mind
• Unlimited learning opportunities: external courses, English lessons, career and leadership development
• Education allowance covering school and kindergarten fees
• 21 working days of annual leave, plus public holidays and fully paid sick, maternity, and paternity leave
• Employee appreciation program: branded gifts, birthday day-offs, celebration budgets for weddings, newborns, and milestones
• “Get to know Team” trips — meet colleagues across our global hubs, along with company-wide offsites that raise the bar
• Employee share scheme — grow with us
• Branded MINI Cooper Countryman company car and private parking
• Free in-house sports clubs, Sanctum Club gym access, and jet skis
• Access to a Corporate doctor
• Exclusive discount program with cafes, gyms, and local services
• Expat tax perks: up to 50% income tax exemption
• Support with the naturalisation process for relocated employees
At Exness, we know that changing jobs - and changing countries - is a big step. That’s why relocation with Exness is different. We make it smooth, supported, and truly life-changing.
What Your Journey Looks Like
• Intro call (up to 60 minutes)
• Technical interview (60 minutes)
• System design interview (90 minutes)

Quality Engineer (Experience Services)
Nexcess
📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
About Nexcess
Nexcess provides specialty cloud solutions for organizations where performance and compliance have to coexist. We serve businesses worldwide, from agencies scaling client sites to enterprises running mission-critical operations. We've built our reputation on deep technical expertise and genuine partnership with every client we work with. Behind every environment we manage is a team of people who take the craft seriously and keep showing up when it matters.
Overview
Experience Services builds and maintains the cart, checkout, order, billing, and authentication systems that power every customer transaction across Managed Hosting and Managed Applications.
You will own quality end to end: from specification and test strategy through automation, verification, and production behavior.
The pull request is the visible part. The job is the machine behind it: turning a loosely worded need into something precise enough to build against, naming what can break before it does, proving the change is correct rather than asserting it, and staying with it once it is live.
How We Work
Business alignment and focus come first. Engineering here exists to move the business, not to be busy. You will know which few things matter most this month and why, say so when the work in front of you is not one of them, and land what you committed to on dates the business can plan around, at a quality that does not come back as an incident or a customer escalation. Predictable, reliable delivery of quality software is the output of this job, and everything below is in service of it.
This job gets more hands-on every quarter, not less. The volume of code goes up while the time you spend typing it goes down, so the value moves to the two ends of it: what you specify, and what you verify. You will stay close to production, run the AI harness daily, read code you did not write, and keep your technical judgment current rather than remembered.
Whoever ships it owns it, regardless of what wrote it. Most code is AI-generated now, so the judgment moved to either side of it: specifying exactly what to build, and verifying that what came back is correct, secure and operable. An agent wrote it is not a defense. Your name is on the merge.
You do not need to own the roadmap to know why the work matters. You will not be the Product counterpart at this level and you are not expected to be. You are expected to understand what the customer gets and what the business gains from the thing you are building, and to ask before you build the wrong thing correctly. The engineers who move fastest here are the ones who ask that question early rather than at the review.
You go on call for what you build, and you take your turn on the rotation. Engineering declares risk and timelines in writing for the business to accept, and that includes yours: when a date is at risk you say so early, with evidence, rather than quietly.
Key Performance Indicators
• Speed: DORA High, with Elite as the target. Your changes are part of that number: small, reviewed quickly, deployed often, and recovered fast when one of them fails. You get there through engineering excellence and a performance-driven culture, not through pressure.
• The quality of what you ship. Tests with every change, coverage gating on changed code, evidence on the pull request rather than an assurance that it works. Defects reaching customers, and changes that come back a second time.
• AI adoption and its impact. Measured by what you deliver with the harness, not by tools licensed or seats counted.
• The size of problem you can be handed. Over a year here, the scope you can take without it being broken down for you should grow, and so should the number of people who ask for your review.
Responsibilities
• Own quality end to end within the Experience Services domain. Take responsibility for how changes across cart, checkout, order, billing, and authentication systems are validated from specification through development, deployment, and production.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and test coverage. Develop reliable automated tests for customer transaction flows, integrations, regression scenarios, and critical business processes.
• Define testing strategy early in the development process. Identify risks, dependencies, edge cases, and failure scenarios before implementation is complete.
• Translate requirements into clear and testable acceptance criteria. Work with engineers and stakeholders to remove ambiguity and ensure expected behavior can be verified objectively.
• Validate end-to-end customer journeys. Test complex flows across cart, checkout, ordering, billing, invoicing, authentication, and related integrations.
• Verify changes and provide evidence. Ensure pull requests include meaningful test results, coverage, and validation of both expected behavior and failure scenarios.
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools as part of your daily workflow. Apply agentic tooling to testing, automation, and review while critically validating generated output and remaining accountable for the final result.
• Review code and test changes from other engineers. Identify quality, reliability, integration, and design risks early and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort. Identify repetitive validation work and replace it with reliable automation wherever practical.
• Support production quality. Participate in incident analysis, identify gaps in test coverage, and ensure production issues result in improvements to automated testing and engineering practices.
• Work across existing and unfamiliar systems. Understand complex or legacy applications and integrations and develop effective test coverage without requiring unnecessary rewrites.
• Mentor other engineers in quality practices. Share testing approaches, automation techniques, and quality standards across the team.
• Coordinate quality dependencies across teams. Identify integration risks early and work directly with relevant engineers to ensure cross-team changes are tested appropriately.
Qualifications
Required
• 5+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks and software quality engineering.
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites for production applications.
• Experience testing complex end-to-end workflows across multiple systems and integrations.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, including functional, integration, regression, and failure-path testing.
• Experience defining test strategies and translating requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Experience working closely with software engineers throughout the development lifecycle rather than testing only after development is complete.
• Ability to read and understand application code well enough to identify risks, test gaps, and potential defects.
• Experience with production systems and incident analysis, including using production issues to improve test coverage.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering or testing tools as part of day-to-day technical work.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team across multiple time zones.
Preferred
• 5+ years of experience with billing and invoicing systems.
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MariaDB.
• 5+ years of experience with Perl or PHP.
• Experience testing cart, checkout, order management, authentication, or other transaction-heavy systems.
• Experience with payment, billing, or financial integrations.
• Experience in managed hosting, cloud platforms, SaaS, or another high-availability service environment.
• Experience with CI/CD-integrated automated testing.
• Experience mentoring engineers or helping establish quality and testing standards across a team.
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time

Behind every environment we manage is a team of people who take the craft seriously and keep showing up when it matters.
Compute Solutions builds and operates the VPS, Cloud Dedicated, storage, and bare metal products our customers run their cloud infrastructure on.
You will own features end to end: the specification, the code, the tests and how it behaves in production. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, and you are the engineer who answers for whether what you shipped actually works.
Responsibilities
• Own backend features end to end within the Compute Solutions domain. Take work from specification through implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing production support across VPS, Cloud Dedicated, storage, and bare metal products.
• Design and develop reliable backend services and integrations. Build and maintain application logic, APIs, data flows, and supporting services used by Compute Solutions products.
• Work with relational databases and data models. Design, query, and maintain database-backed functionality with a focus on correctness, performance, and reliability.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications. Identify unknowns, dependencies, and failure scenarios early and resolve ambiguity before implementation begins.
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools as part of your daily workflow. Apply agentic tooling to implementation and review while critically validating generated code and remaining accountable for the final result.
• Verify changes with evidence. Write tests with every change, validate failure scenarios as well as the happy path, and provide clear evidence that changes are ready for production.
• Review code and technical changes from other engineers. Identify design, maintainability, security, and reliability risks early and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Work safely in existing and unfamiliar codebases. Understand legacy or complex systems, make incremental improvements without unnecessary rewrites, and leave code better tested and documented than you found it.
• Own what you run. Participate in on-call rotation, respond to incidents, contribute to root-cause analysis, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Mentor other engineers. Share technical knowledge, explain design decisions, and support less experienced engineers through implementation and review.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams. Identify cross-team needs early and work directly with relevant engineers to avoid delivery blockers.
Required
• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering and production systems.
• 5+ years of experience with Perl.
• 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or a similar relational database.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, application logic, APIs, and data-driven systems.
• Experience building, testing, deploying, and supporting production software.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational data models.
• Experience writing automated tests and validating production changes before deployment.
• Ability to read and understand unfamiliar code and troubleshoot issues across multiple parts of a production system.
• Experience participating in an on-call rotation and responding to production incidents.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools as part of day-to-day development work.
• Clear written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team across multiple time zones.
Preferred
• 5+ years of experience with Linux server administration.
• 5+ years of experience with KVM administration or virtualization environments.
• Experience with VPS, bare metal, storage, or cloud infrastructure products.
• Experience in managed hosting, cloud platforms, or another high-availability service environment.
• Experience working with complex or legacy backend systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers and reviewing backend design and code.
We offer
• Work in a team of professionals at international level;
• Ppportunity to practice and improve your English;
• Excellent pay and all necessary equipment;
• Remote work with the possibility to use our co-working space in Bratislava;
• Employee referral program with bonuses for successful referrals;
• Support of legalization in Slovakia if needed.

UI/UX Designer (Mobile)
SOLANT
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
we’re looking for an exceptional senior mobile designer to develop Solant - a native, mobile-first AI Chief of Staff for founders and C-level executives.
Solant works across email, chats, calendars, and meetings, bringing fragmented context together and turning it into prepared management moves: an action, a reply, or a decision. it is not a chatbot, a task manager, or another AI assistant. we are designing a new way for people to interact with AI - one that does not yet have established UX patterns.
the product is currently in active development and preparing for private beta. the core product model and team are already in place, but many of the most important UX decisions, the design system, and the visual language are still open to be defined.
we’re looking for someone who can:
• design complex AI systems and turn them into a simple, intuitive native mobile experience;
• create distinctive, polished, premium iOS and Android products;
• think deeply about product logic, states, context, and trust mechanisms in AI;
• independently work without "spoon-feeding"
• work directly with the founder and influence not only the interface, but the product itself.
this is an opportunity to define from the ground up how a new category of AI products should look and work - rather than refining patterns that already exist.
a portfolio demonstrating native mobile product work is required.
applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Quality Engineer (Cloud Services)
Nexcess
📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
About Nexcess
Nexcess provides specialty cloud solutions for organizations where performance and compliance have to coexist. We serve businesses worldwide, from agencies scaling client sites to enterprises running mission-critical operations. We've built our reputation on deep technical expertise and genuine partnership with every client we work with. Behind every environment we manage is a team of people who take the craft seriously and keep showing up when it matters.
Overview
Cloud Services delivers the data protection, security, and edge services — SSL, email, EADN, and CDN/WAF — that keep our customers’ applications safe and performant.
You will own features end to end: the specification, the code, the tests and how it behaves in production. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, and you are the engineer who answers for whether what you shipped actually works.
Responsibilities
• Own quality end to end within the Cloud Services domain. Take responsibility for how features are validated from specification through development, testing, deployment, and production.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and test coverage. Develop reliable automated tests that provide confidence in new functionality, regression coverage, and production readiness.
• Define testing strategy early in the development process. Identify risks, edge cases, dependencies, and failure scenarios before implementation is complete, rather than discovering them at the end.
• Translate requirements into clear and testable acceptance criteria. Work with engineers and stakeholders to remove ambiguity and make sure expected behavior can be verified objectively.
• Verify changes and provide evidence. Test both expected behavior and failure scenarios, validate coverage on changed code, and ensure pull requests contain clear evidence that changes are ready for production.
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools as part of your daily workflow. Apply agentic tooling to testing, review, and automation while critically validating generated output and remaining accountable for the final result.
• Review code and test changes from other engineers. Identify quality, reliability, and design risks early and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort. Identify repetitive validation work and replace it with reliable automation wherever practical.
• Support production quality. Participate in incident analysis, help identify gaps in test coverage, and ensure production issues lead to improvements in automated testing and engineering practices.
• Mentor other engineers in quality practices. Share testing approaches, automation techniques, and quality standards across the team.
• Work across existing and unfamiliar systems. Understand how different components interact and build effective test coverage for complex or legacy systems without requiring them to be rewritten.
• Coordinate quality dependencies across teams. Identify integration risks early and work directly with relevant engineers to ensure cross-team changes are tested appropriately.
Qualifications
Required
• 5+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks and software quality engineering.
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites for production software.
• Experience testing complex production systems across multiple components or services.
Preferred
• 5+ years of experience with CDN, WAF, and server security.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Perl, PHP, React, or Vue.
• Experience in managed hosting, cloud platforms, or another high-availability service environment.
• Experience building or improving CI/CD-integrated automated testing.
• Experience mentoring engineers or helping establish quality and testing standards across a team.
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
What We Offer
• work in a team of professionals at international level;
• opportunity to practice and improve your English;
• excellent pay and all necessary equipment;
• remote work with the possibility to use our co-working space in Bratislava;
• employee referral program with bonuses for successful referrals;

• Use AI-assisted engineering tools as part of your daily workflow. Apply agentic tooling to testing, automation, and review while critically validating generated output and remaining accountable for the final result.
• Review code and test changes from other engineers. Identify quality, reliability, and operational risks early and provide clear, actionable feedback.
Understand complex or legacy infrastructure and develop effective test coverage without requiring unnecessary rewrites.
• Mentor other engineers in quality practices. Share testing approaches, automation techniques, and quality standards across the team.
• Coordinate quality dependencies across teams. Identify integration risks early and work directly with the relevant engineers to ensure cross-team changes are tested appropriately.
Qualifications
Required
• 5+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks and software quality engineering.
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites for production systems.
• Experience testing complex environments involving multiple infrastructure or application components.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, including functional, integration, regression, and failure-path testing.
• Experience defining test strategies and translating requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Experience working closely with engineers throughout the development lifecycle rather than testing only after development is complete.
• Ability to read and understand application or infrastructure code well enough to identify risks, test gaps, and potential defects.
Preferred
• 5+ years of experience with KVM or Linux server administration.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Perl, PHP, React, or Vue.
• Experience testing virtualization, VPS, bare metal, storage, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in managed hosting, cloud platforms, or another high-availability service environment.
• Experience with CI/CD-integrated automated testing.
• Experience mentoring engineers or helping establish quality and testing standards across a team.
What You Will Do
• Own features end to end inside your team's domain. Work that runs for weeks, touches several parts of the system and other people's code, and ends in a live, monitored change. This is the rung where the work stops arriving pre-broken-down: you are the one who names the unknowns up front rather than discovering them late.
• Write the specification before the code. Most of the leverage sits upstream of the keyboard. Turn a request into something precise enough that an agent, or another engineer, builds the right thing the first time, and resolve the ambiguity in writing with the person who asked.
• Run the AI harness every day. Agentic tooling as the default way you work, automated review in the pull-request path, and reusable skills you build and share with the team rather than leave on your own laptop.
• Verify, and put the evidence on the pull request. Tests with every change, coverage gating on changed code, the failure cases exercised and not only the happy path. A reviewer should not have to take your word for it.

Overview
Compute Solutions builds and operates the VPS, Cloud Dedicated, storage, and bare metal products our customers run their cloud infrastructure on.
Responsibilities
• Own quality end to end within the Compute Solutions domain. Take responsibility for how changes across VPS, Cloud Dedicated, storage, and bare metal products are validated from specification through development, deployment, and production.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and test coverage. Develop reliable automated tests for infrastructure and application changes, including regression, integration, and failure-path scenarios.
• Define testing strategy early in the development process. Identify risks, dependencies, edge cases, and operational failure scenarios before implementation is complete.
• Translate requirements into clear and testable acceptance criteria. Work with engineers and stakeholders to remove ambiguity and ensure expected behavior can be verified objectively.
• Validate changes across complex infrastructure environments. Test interactions between compute, virtualization, storage, networking, and supporting software components.
