Forward-Deployed Architect, Credit Analytics & ML Platforms
Neurons Lab
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Architect to help develop a credit analytics platform for a regulated financial-services business operating in the UK and Ireland.
The platform brings together lending and servicing data to support portfolio analysis, credit-risk modelling and better business decisions. Current work covers probability of default, redemption and prepayment, expected credit loss, and interactive analytics. The next challenge is to turn this work into a reliable, maintainable platform that can support different portfolios and client needs.
You will work directly with the client’s business and technology teams, alongside a credit-domain and modelling lead and other engineers. You will own the engineering architecture, contribute production code, and help the team decide what to build and how to deliver it. We need someone who can question assumptions, propose simpler alternatives and explain technical trade-offs clearly.
What you will do
• Translate business problems into an architecture, practical delivery plan and clear acceptance criteria. Identify gaps in requirements, data and dependencies before they become delivery problems.
• Design the path from working models and dashboards to a production-ready ML platform. Make deliberate choices about shared components, portfolio-specific configuration, model calibration and future client onboarding.
• Build and improve reproducible workflows for data preparation, feature engineering, training, validation, scoring and deployment. Establish clear versioning for code, data, models and calibration logic.
• Work with the modelling lead on how probability of default, prepayment, lifetime risk and loss estimates are calculated, tested and exposed to applications. Keep business definitions consistent across models, tables and dashboards.
• Strengthen the data foundation: trace results to source, investigate data-quality issues, document assumptions and build automated checks around important transformations.
• Improve the reliability of the Snowflake-backed analytics application, including deployment, testing, permissions and integration with model outputs.
• Put appropriate MLOps practices in place, including repeatable releases, monitoring, failure handling, rollback and operational documentation.
• Design for privacy, access control, auditability and model governance. Work with domain experts to make validation, stability and fairness checks practical and reviewable.
• Lead technical discussions, review code, unblock engineers and keep the client informed about progress, risks and architectural decisions.
• Assess where natural-language or LLM-assisted analytics would add value, without losing focus on trustworthy data, robust models and useful products.
What we are looking for
• A track record of designing and delivering production data or ML systems, with ownership extending beyond prototypes and architecture diagrams.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL. You should be comfortable investigating a dataset, reviewing modelling code and implementing critical parts of the solution yourself.
• Practical MLOps experience: reproducible pipelines, model and data versioning, testing, deployment, monitoring and the operational consequences of model updates.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern warehouses. Snowflake experience is particularly relevant; you should be able to reason about data access, performance, cost and deployment constraints.
• An understanding of model evaluation, calibration, data leakage, changing populations and the difference between model quality and system reliability.
• The ability to work through incomplete documentation and inconsistent business definitions, and turn findings into maintainable code and clear documentation.
• Strong client-facing communication in English. You can explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, constructively challenge a requirement and take responsibility for the resulting decision.
• Experience leading a small technical team while remaining actively involved in implementation.
Useful Additional Experience
• Credit-risk, lending or servicing analytics, including PD, LGD, ECL, prepayment or portfolio stress testing.
• Regulated financial-services delivery and model governance.
• Streamlit, Azure ML, semantic data layers or analytics applications built on Snowflake.
• Configurable ML products serving multiple portfolios or clients.
• Evaluated natural-language analytics, text-to-SQL or LLM-assisted workflows.
Current technical environment
Snowflake, SQL, Python, Streamlit and an Azure ML environment. The team also uses AI-assisted development tools. You will help evolve the architecture based on the product’s needs rather than introduce a predetermined stack.
What we would like to discuss
• A production ML or analytics system you personally helped build, including the architecture decisions and code you owned.
• How you would adapt a model and its calibration for a new portfolio while preserving reproducibility, access boundaries and validation.
• A time you challenged a business or technical assumption, proposed an alternative and delivered a better outcome.

Senior Product Manager, AI Platform & Ecosystem
Wrike
📍 Nicosia
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
• Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
• Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
• Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
• Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
• Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
• Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
• Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
• Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
• A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
• GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
• A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
• Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
• Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
• Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
• Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
• 5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
• Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
• Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
• Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
• You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
• You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
• The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.
What’s Next?
• Introduction Call with a Recruiter
• Conversation with the AI Product Director
• Interview with Product and Engineering, Architecture representatives
• Final interview with CPO and HRBP
Benefits & Perks:
• 25 calendar days of paid vacation
• Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
• Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
• 2 Volunteer Days
• Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
• Hybrid Working Model
• School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)

Technical Integration Specialist
Altery
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About the company
At Altery, we're building products that make finance feel seamless in a fragmented world. We build the technology that helps businesses and people move money across borders, currencies and digital assets, without the friction.
Behind every simple payment is a complex system, and a team that makes it work. We look for people who enjoy solving difficult problems, challenge each other with respect and care about doing great work.
We're now looking for a Technical Integration Specialist to join our Customer Operations team. Your primary focus will be supporting B2B clients integrating with our payments and card solutions through APIs from sandbox testing and technical onboarding to go-live and ongoing support. You'll work directly with clients' technical teams, investigate integration issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to resolve complex problems.
What you'll bring to us
Must-haves
• Hands-on experience in API integrations, technical implementation, application support, systems analysis, or a similar technical role.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods and status codes, JSON, and common authentication methods.
• Practical experience working with API integrations, either implementing third-party APIs or supporting clients integrating with an API-based platform.
• Experience using Postman or similar tools to test and troubleshoot APIs, and confidence working with technical documentation such as OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, logs, and monitoring tools for technical troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues independently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external clients and developers.
• English proficiency with confidence communicating directly with clients.
Nice to have
• Experience supporting B2B client integrations, including sandbox testing, technical onboarding, and go-live.
• Experience in fintech, payments, card issuing, crypto, or API-based SaaS products.
• Familiarity with webhooks, idempotency, rate limiting, and API versioning.
• Experience with tools such as MySQL, MongoDB, Grafana, Graylog, Sentry, GitLab, Jira, or similar.
• Experience investigating production incidents or supporting high-availability systems.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
How you work
• You take ownership: you follow technical issues and integrations through to resolution, keeping clients informed along the way.
• You think analytically: you investigate problems, connect the dots, and look for root causes rather than simply escalating tickets.
• You communicate clearly: you're comfortable working with developers, business stakeholders, and clients with different levels of technical expertise.
• You're curious: you enjoy learning new technologies, improving processes, and using AI and automation thoughtfully.
What you'll be doing at Altery
• Support B2B clients integrating with Altery's APIs, from initial sandbox testing through go-live and ongoing technical support.
• Guide clients' technical teams through API documentation, authentication, request and response structures, webhooks, and error handling.
• Investigate API integration issues, analyse failed requests and system behaviour, and coordinate resolutions with Engineering when needed.
• Validate integration scenarios, support testing of new functionality, and help ensure clients are ready for production.
• Monitor live integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and keep clients informed throughout the resolution process.
• Investigate technical incidents across Altery's platforms using databases, logs, and monitoring tools, escalating complex issues when required.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and external partners to resolve problems and improve technical processes.
• Improve API documentation, integration guides, and internal knowledge resources based on recurring issues and client feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve monitoring, automation, and the overall integration experience.
Why join us
• Competitive compensation that rewards your contribution.
• Flexible working. Wherever you are, you work your local hours with flexibility, and we all come together during core hours, 9am-2pm UK time. Near a hub? We'd love to see you from time to time, but we care more about outcomes than office hours.
• Wellbeing support, including additional sick leave when you need it.
• Opportunities to grow your career by taking ownership, expanding your skills and making a real impact.
Sound like you? Apply now and help us create financial experiences that work seamlessly across borders, currencies and technologies.
We celebrate our diversity: its power strengthens our team. We welcome applications from everyone, whatever your background, and we hire based on skills, experience and the difference you can make.
We treat your personal data with care and use it only for recruitment. Applications are processed through our hiring platform, HiBob. To find out how your data is handled, read the Bob Hiring privacy notice.

AI Engineer
Sumsub
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Sumsub is the first AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations at scale. It connects identity and business verification, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and risk workflows, helping teams reduce manual work and enter new markets.
Trusted by over 4,000 clients across financial services, crypto, mobility, trading, marketplaces, education, and iGaming, including Bybit, Bitpanda, Wirex, Avis, Vodafone, Duolingo, and Kaizen Gaming.
Sumsub is recognized as a Great Place To Work® in the US and rated 4.5 out of 5 on Glassdoor. Our 1,000+ people around the world back it up, too: 92% are proud to be Sumsubers, and 90% say their work is interesting and challenging.
Now we are looking for a AI Engineer (LLM focus) to build and scale the core intelligence behind Summy AI Copilot, our agentic assistant for compliance officers. This is an exciting opportunity to own a cutting-edge GenAI product, pushing LLMs beyond basic text generation to execute complex reasoning, and autonomous tasks.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Drive Summy AI Copilot: Own the core intelligence behind our AI assistant for compliance officers, taking features from concept to production rollout and operation.
• Agentic Orchestration: Design and build robust, multi-turn AI agents (using frameworks like LangGraph) capable of complex reasoning, context retention, and autonomous action.
• LLM Observability & Evaluation: Set up comprehensive tracing, monitoring (e.g., LangFuse), and evaluation pipelines (LLM-as-a-judge) to track quality, latency, and token cost.
• Agentic Experience: Evolve our public MCP server and Agent Skills so that external AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, etc) can work with Sumsub reliably and securely.
• Pragmatic Iteration: Start with elementary, solid baselines and iteratively scale complexity based on real-world production metrics and A/B tests.
About You:
• Experience: 5+ years in Software/Data/ML Engineering, with 1+ years explicitly focused on building and shipping production-grade GenAI/LLM systems.
• In-Depth LLM Knowledge: You understand how LLMs work under the hood. You know how to push models far beyond basic text generation (e.g., structured extraction, tool calling, cost-aware routing).
• LLM Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with agentic orchestration (LangChain/LangGraph) and modern LLM APIs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI).
• Engineering Excellence: You write production-ready code for microservices (Java/Dropwizard), with experience in cloud deployments (GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ownership: You own the system from early talks with customers to operating it in production.
Nice to have
• Background in classical NLP, traditional MLOps, or large-scale data engineering.
• Familiarity with compliance, anti-fraud, KYC/AML, or fintech domains.
• Experience shipping production RAG systems.
What We Offer:
• Remote-first, trust-based culture. Work from the place that works best for you. No mandatory office days, no attendance trackers. In some locations, we provide offices or coworking spaces, but the choice is yours.
• True flexibility. We do not fix you to a 9-to-5 schedule. You can adjust your working hours when needed, as long as your day stays productive and in sync with the team.
• Extra time off. Your birthday is a holiday here. Add to that 10 personal days each year, seven sick days without paperwork, and extra time to enjoy Christmas and New Year. Time to rest is part of the deal.
• Work that matters. Our mission is to build a digital world that is secure, accessible and inclusive for everyone. From fighting fraud to making online services easier and safer to use, your work will have a real impact on how people experience trust online.
• Compensation. We offer fair and transparent pay, benchmarked to the market.
• Truly global. We work across continents and time zones, with teammates and customers from all over the world. You will run campaigns that cross borders, cultures, and languages, and see your ideas land worldwide.
• Growth built in. Clear goals, open feedback and personal development plans. We support your progress with learning opportunities and by covering role-specific events, from design conferences to marketing forums.
• Celebrating your big moments. We are proud to support you through life’s biggest journeys with dedicated financial bonuses for both marriage and welcoming a new baby to your family.
• Team offsites. Sometimes just Slack is not enough. That is why we meet in person a few times a year. Trips are fully covered, so you can meet, collaborate, and recharge together.
• Getting you set up. We make sure you have access to the tools and hardware you need to do your work well.
• Friendly by design. Our logo is a dog for a reason. We keep things human, open and kind. We welcome individuality, quirks and different perspectives, because that is what makes our work smarter and more fun.
The hiring stages: TA screening -> Hiring Manager Interview -> Technical Interview -> Final Interview.
Sounds like a great opportunity for your career development? Then go ahead and apply!
We are a global community of innovators, creators, and thinkers, and we believe that diversity fuels our innovation. Sumsub is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, cultures, genders, experiences, abilities and perspectives. Join us in shaping the future inclusively.
We believe in fair and transparent compensation. Salaries vary depending on work location and applicable local market conditions.
This role is open to candidates in multiple countries, and compensation differs based on the candidate’s confirmed work location. For this reason, a single universal salary range is not included in this job posting.
The applicable work location will be confirmed early in the recruitment process, and the relevant compensation information for that location will be shared in writing, in line with local requirements.

Staff/Lead Software Developer in Test (SDET)
Scorewarrior
📍 Limassol
🏢 QA
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 On-site
Описание вакансии
Job Title: Staff/Lead SDET Engineer (Test Automation Platform)
Product: Total Battle
Total Battle is a massive MMO 4X strategy game available on mobile and web, uniting millions of active players. As our product and engineering teams scale, we are shifting our testing paradigm: automated testing must become a daily, self-service engineering tool rather than a bottleneck owned by a dedicated team.
We are looking for a Staff/Lead SDET to take technical ownership of our internal test automation tooling and make this vision a reality.
Why this role exists
Your core mission is to empower product QA teams. You won't write tests; you will build the tools, APIs, and abstractions that allow QA engineers (with basic Python & OOP skills) to independently create checks, manage test states, run tests in CI/CD, and diagnose failures.
• The Product Teams own the tests.
• You own the tooling layer that makes their work possible.
💡 Core Focus Areas:
• Client Testing Tools: UI scenarios, method/component checks across Android, WebGL, and (soon) iOS.
• Server Integration: Component testing tools built over existing Python clients, SDKs, and product testability capabilities.(Note: We aren't starting from scratch. We need a visionary who can assess our existing solutions, define a target architecture, and evolve them incrementally).
What You’ll Work On
• Drive Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for QA tooling, evolve its architecture, and personally implement key solutions.
• Build the Platform: Develop domain APIs, fixtures, and state-preparation tools for integration/component testing over existing SDKs.
• Enhance Client Automation: Extend client UI automation and enable sub-UI checks for specific client methods.
• Unify Execution: Ensure local and CI execution follow a predictable, unified path across Android and WebGL.
• Create Diagnostics: Build clear diagnostic tools to help QA engineers easily distinguish between product, test, tooling, and infrastructure failures.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Translate recurring QA needs into product testability requirements and establish technical contracts with client/backend teams.
• Evangelize & Mentor: Drive adoption of your tools through pilots, solid documentation, and feedback loops. (Where needed, help define engineering roles and participate in hiring/onboarding).
Who You Are We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in long-term ownership of internal platforms.
• Python Expert: You regularly write, debug, and maintain Python code for libraries, frameworks, SDKs, or internal tools.
• Platform Builder: You have designed or substantially evolved a framework/SDK used by multiple teams, bringing it to a point where teams can use it independently.
• API Designer: You know how to build stable public APIs over existing SDKs, hiding low-level details from the end-user.
• Cross-Functional Driver: You’ve successfully worked with backend, client, or framework teams to deliver testability capabilities, driving changes even when you don't directly manage the teams.
• CI/CD & Diagnostics Guru: You have integrated automated checks into CI quality gates with robust reproducibility and diagnostics.
• AI Adopter: You leverage LLMs and coding agents to investigate codebases, develop tooling, or create tests efficiently.
• Deep Domain Expertise: You have profound hands-on experience in at least one of the following (and can take technical responsibility for the other):
• Client/UI automation: Drivers, custom/non-native UI, synchronization, and sub-UI checks.
• Backend/integration tooling: Python clients/SDKs, protocols, sessions, fixtures, and test state.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
• Experience in both client/UI and backend/integration tooling.
• Background in modernizing legacy automation and conducting incremental user migrations.
• Experience with complex test lifecycles (data isolation, flaky checks, state management).
• Experience in GameDev or complex live-service products (Unity, Cocos/Axmol, WebGL).
• Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, XCUITest, Android ADB, or iOS infrastructure.
• Experience with asynchronous Python, typed models (Pydantic, mypy), or schema-based code generation.
Why to join:
• ☀️ Live & Work in Sunny Cyprus: We’re an office-first team in Limassol with a modern seaside workspaces. We provide full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
• 💰 Industry-Leading Rewards: High salaries, a 13th salary, performance bonuses, extra rewards for life milestones (marriage, babies, long service), daily breakfast and lunch.
• 🛡️ Family Support: Private family health insurance, plus a highly competitive monthly allowance for your children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
• 🚀 Shape a Global Hit: Work on a Top-10 global mobile 4X strategy game that has grown 25x in revenue and audience over 5 years.
• 🏰 Rock-Solid Stability: We operate at startup speed but with zero history of lay-offs. We are independent, financially secure, and boast a 99% employee satisfaction rate.
• 🧠 Culture & Growth: A flat structure where the best ideas win and transparency rules. Your growth is funded from specialized training, certifications, language courses and books to internal and external conferences coverage.

🏢 Information Technology
💼 Employment type not specified

Описание вакансии

Recognised globally as a Best Place to Work, we’re a people-first company where long-term wins always matter more. As part of our team, you will shape the future of fintech with real technology, care, and purpose.
Why this role matters
As a Backend Software Engineer, Odoo within the Enterprise Applications team, you will play a key role in evolving and maintaining a world-class ERP system built on the Odoo platform. Your work will directly support mission-critical business functions across the company by designing, customising, and integrating ERP solutions that are secure, scalable, and well-aligned with the needs of internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for full-cycle development: from technical design and implementation to data migration, deployment, and user support. Additionally, you will ensure seamless interoperability between Odoo and other internal systems such as HRM, FP&A, and DWH platforms, enabling efficient data flows and streamlined business processes.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
• The Odoo Developer is accountable for the continuous evolution, maintenance, and technical integrity of the company’s Odoo-based ERP platform. This includes driving code quality, performance improvements, database design, and ensuring long-term scalability of the system architecture.
• Architectural review of solutions, development of plans for designing and evolving the system.
• Responsible for configuring and adapting the ERP system to support critical business workflows across departments. This includes user access setup, workflows, scheduled jobs, and participation in environment management across development, staging, and production.
• Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of custom Odoo modules and extensions, including externally-facing systems such as the vendor portal. Ensure these components are robust, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.
• Accountable for integrating Odoo with other enterprise systems — such as HRM, FP&A tools, and data warehouses — to enable automated, reliable, and scalable data exchange. This includes developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and handling data synchronisation.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for ERP users by investigating and resolving issues related to system functionality, customisations, and integrations. Act as the first responder for functional troubleshooting and user enablement.
Who we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Odoo platform, including development of custom modules, system configuration, and integration.
• Proven track record in ERP implementation and support, ideally within product or tech-driven companies operating at scale.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, ORM frameworks, and designing scalable data models.
• Exposure to cross-system integration projects, especially in domains such as finance, HR, or procurement, is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with Odoo’s ORM, business logic, and server-side architecture.
• Deep understanding of the Odoo framework, including module inheritance, views, access rights, scheduled actions, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and complex queries.
• Practical experience with odoo.sh, including managing branches, deploying environments, reviewing logs, and handling automated testing and staging flows.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API development and integration, enabling seamless communication between Odoo and external platforms (e.g., HR, finance, DWH).
• Proficiency in Git-based workflows and collaborative development tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
• Familiarity with data migration, upgrade management, and scripting tools for import/export between legacy systems and Odoo.
• Ability to write and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests, ensuring stable, regression-free delivery of ERP features.
Nice to have:
• Odoo-specific certifications, such as:
• Odoo Functional Certification
• Odoo Technical Certification
• Additional relevant certifications:
• PostgreSQL or database design certifications
• Python programming certifications (e.g. PCEP, PCAP)
• ERP implementation or business process modelling credentials
What we offer along the way
• Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
• Full relocation support for you and your family — flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance included
• Top-tier health insurance with full family coverage — medical, dental, vision, mental health — plus life insurance for peace of mind
• Unlimited learning opportunities: external courses, English lessons, career and leadership development
